The new round of education reform advocates the cultivation of students' core qualities.Only when teaching truly returns to life can the core qualities take root.Life-based teaching conforms to the needs of the curriculum reform for the cultivation of students' quality education and focuses on cultivating the social adaptability and practical ability to participate in social life of high school students in the new era.Therefore,the cultivation of the core literacy needs to be based on the life.However,in the context of the cultivation of core literacy and combined with two internship experience,the author found that there are still some problems in ideological and political life teaching,based on which the author carried out some research.This paper starts with the meaning and principles of ideological and political life teaching in senior high school to lay a good foundation for the overall construction of this paper.Then,combined with the actual investigation,it is found that the problems in the application of life-based teaching in senior high school ideological and political courses are:the goal setting of life-based teaching is not in place,the content design of life-based teaching is not reasonable,the organization of life-based teaching process is not appropriate,and the effectiveness of life-based teaching evaluation is insufficient.The causes of these problems include both external constraints and internal implementation factors.The internal implementation factors mainly involve teachers,students and the life theory system itself;The external factors include the background of exam-oriented education,the training of teachers and the rigid teaching facilities.On this basis,the author based on life teaching steps,to explore the concrete countermeasures to solve the problem,finally put forward reasonable set the life-oriented teaching objectives,effective organization life teaching content,expand the approaches of teaching extracurricular life,improve the life-oriented teaching evaluation system and enhance teachers' life quality.At the same time,in order to make the study of ideological and political life teaching more targeted and effective,the author in this paper closely around the ideological and political compulsory second"political life" subject content to make an example.In order to improve the ideological and political life of teaching effectiveness and feasibility,update the existing state of teaching,flexible conversion of teaching methods.
