In order to understand the status quo of professional identity and burnout of physical education teachers in Changsha junior middle schools,this paper explores the relationship between professional identity and burnout of physical education teachers in Changsha junior middle schools,refines and supplements the relevant data of physical education teachers in Changsha junior middle schools,and explores ways to improve professional identity and reduce professional burnout.In this study,Changsha junior middle school physical education teachers' professional identity and burnout as the research object,using literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics to analyze the professional identity and burnout of Changsha junior middle school teachers.Based on the results of the study,the following conclusions are drawn:The overall level of professional identity of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Changsha is relatively high;the overall level of job burnout of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Changsha is relatively low;there is a significant negative correlation between job identity and job burnout of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Changsha;the five components of job identity are independent variables,job burnout.Constructing regression model as dependent variable has statistical significance.19.7% of the total score of dependent variable job burnout can be explained by competency identification and continuity identification.
