| With the continuous reform and development of China’s education cause,physical teachers has became an good role in the school education work.PE teachers are the front-line workers of the school physical education work,and their treatment and status have also been improved,and more experts and scholars began to pay attention to their mental health situation.The professional level,professional quality,teaching methods,and personal quality of physical education teachers will have a direct impact either on the students’ personal physical and mental health,or also on the school physical education teaching in primary school.So,the development of primary school physical education teachers in addition to need external support from society,policy,such as more need PE teachers self training,have positive,progressive thought,continue to achieve self-improvement and reflection progress in practice,Improving the professional identity of elementary school PE teachers and slowing down their job burnout behavior.Objective: Based on previous research,210 primary school PE teachers in Haicheng district,Qingdao district,and Tieshan Port district collected 190 valid questionnaires as research object and investigated relevant literature,questionnaire,and burnout variables.Methods: Using Maslach job burnout Questionnaire compiled by Maslach(Maslach.MBI-ES)and Ranger(2016),more than 200 primary school teachers in Haicheng District,Yinhai District,Tieshan Port District collected 190 valid questionnaires,using SPSS for professional identity and burnout behavior of sample data in Pearson correlation test..Research Results:Results:(1)The demographic characteristics of primary school PE teachers in Beihai city were significantly different: There are significant differences in the value identity of gender and professional identity;There are significant differences in the emotional failure dimension of burnout and low sense of achievement and professional identity;Age,there were significant differences in the emotional exhaustion dimensions and low achievement dimensions of burnout.There are significant differences between job burnout and inpersonalization dimension and the value identity and emotional identity of professional identity;There are t differences in the emotional damages of job burnout;No significant differences in professional identity and burnout in teaching age and monthly income.There is a negative relations between PRO identification and burnout of primary school PE teachers in Beihai city,among which the correlation coefficient of input identity dimension and occupational burnout is the highest,and the correlation coefficient between low achievement dimension and occupational burnout is the lowest;conclusion: Beihai city primary school PE teachers’ PRO identity and job burnout grade is relatively ideal,but there are still individuals with low professional identity,serious job burnout;In Beihai city.the professional identity of primary school PE teachers has a negative correlation and negative predictive effect on job exhaustion. |
