Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,China's industrialization has been developing rapidly.The urban-rural relationship has undergone drastic changes in the industrial wave.A large number of rural young people have gone to cities to seek employment and become employees.As chengdu,be the first batch of "made in China 2025" demonstration city,transformation and upgrading,and across the urgent and arduous task of the development of industrial park of young employees must cling to the great historical opportunities,break through ego,can obtain career development,which needs strong career psychology to deal with all kinds of challenges and pressure in work and life.Due to this batch of young employees in the age of majority concentrated in 18 to 25 years old,and they lack of social experience,mental development has not yet mature,life values is still in the running-in stage,vulnerable to the social bad style and other negative factors interference,problems in career pursuit and ideal life,career anxiety and other mental health problems.Based on the above phenomenon,this study focuses on the occupational mental health problems of young employees.Taking this as the starting point of the study,social work services are provided to young employees in G industrial park of chengdu city under the guidance of resilience theory and career theory.Based on the resilience theory,this paper applies the growing group work to carry out an intervention study on the occupational mental health problems of young employees in G industrial park during their career.Under the guidance of the clients' occupational mental health problems and needs,this paper analyzes the current situation,causes and influencing factors in the exploration stage of their career,namely the internal advantages,external support and effectiveness of the three aspects of protection factors and risk factors;Then through the group work to intervene in the group,strengthen the role of protective factors and weaken the threat of risk factors;Finally,the service paths of group working methods to intervene the occupational mental health problems of young and middle-aged employees in the industrial park are sorted out.Practice discovery: after the intervention,a group members in self-awareness,interpersonal network,three aspects of career planning has the corresponding improvement,namely,team work team for the internal advantage art factors,external support factor,efficiency factor three dimension has enhanced effect,can help young employees to adapt to the working rhythm of urban industrial park,realize the career development,promote professional mental health.However,employee welfare and corporate profit are the fundamental conflicts that social workers must face when they get involved in the industrial field.Therefore,there are inevitable limitations in the intervention of group work in the occupational mental health problems of young employees.The author expects that in the future,more efforts will be devoted to the advocacy of young employees' labor rights and interests,rather than just group activities,so as to better solve the occupational mental health problems of young employees.At the end of this article also puts forward the corresponding policy advice and service,including promoting social work ideas and methods of implementation,strengthen the enterprise and social work institutions based resource allocation,optimization of the park,etc.,hope that through this research,can provide the high quality for young employees of enterprise social work services,power transformation of the labor relations in China.
