Psychological capital is regarded as "the core psychological element of personal positivity",which is manifested as a mental state that conforms to the organization’s positive behavior standards,which enables individuals to gain competitive advantages through targeted development and improvement.In the 21 st century,the core competitive advantage of an enterprise is no longer finance,materials,technology,patents,but personnel.The potential of mankind is unlimited.What we see is only the tip of the iceberg,and the source of the potential is human psychological capital.Employees with rich psychological resources are an important source of an organization’s competitive advantage.Therefore,the company regards psychological capital as the fourth largest capital besides the three capitals of financial resources,human resources and society.At the same time,mental health issues have become an important issue that companies must pay attention to.Some employees have low psychological capital at work,such as lack of self-confidence,lack of flexibility and initiative.They are not optimistic about their job prospects,and they do not see hope for the future.Faced with such psychological problems,we can improve the external working environment from the perspective of the enterprise,but fundamentally speaking,we still need to work hard from the psychological perspective of employees to enhance employees’ "immunity" and transform passive defense into active defense.Based on the above background,this research starts from the professional point of view of social work,adopts case interview method,participant observation method and questionnaire survey method to evaluate and measure the psychological capital of the respondents,and selects the group work method to intervene.The improvement of the psychological capital of the clients.First,140 employees of C Company in Shouguang City,Shandong Province were selected for measurement,and the "Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire"(PPQ)compiled by Zhang Guo and others was used to conduct a pre-test of psychological capital.Secondly,through the screening and registration of the questionnaire,further concentration was carried out.In this way,10 employees were selected for group work intervention of "improving psychological capital,dreaming and working for the future".The intervention plan is divided into six parts,the themes are "psychological capital,you and I know","feel happiness,be positive" and "ignite" hope,imagine the future,"believe in yourself and dedicate yourself to others",and "be brave to challenge",Achieve oneself","Share and exchange,enjoy work",aim to improve employees’ psychological capital;finally,use the psychological capital questionnaire to conduct post-event tests to test the effectiveness of the team’s work through post-event data.The results of the study prove that the intervention of group work has a positive impact on the improvement of employees’ psychological capital,and can significantly improve employees’ optimism,hope,self-efficacy and resilience;the intervention of social work is an effective means to enhance employees psychological capital.Finally,suggestions for using social work intervention to improve the psychological capital of employees are proposed: first,at the personal level,improve career planning,provide employee psychological counseling.second,at the enterprise level,establish employee assistance programs to increase psychological capital,take care of the employees’ psychological needs at the stage.Third,at the social level,establish a linkage mechanism between the enterprise,society and the government;advocate the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
