| In the field of corporate social work service,career planning service plays a crucial role.Intervention on employees’ career via the principles and practices of corporate social work will improve personal situation,enhance career management ability,and promote employee welfare.With the amelioration of the economic and social environment of China,state-owned enterprise reform has entered into deep-water zone.The innovation and development of state-owned enterprises requires young employees to be active participant.Establishing an excellent young talent team is inevitable to maintain the vitality and competitiveness of enterprises.However,in practice,enterprise leaders concern more on the contributions of young employees while neglecting their needs and rewards.The common problem that faces young generation in state-owned enterprises is the confusion about personal development that results from overemphasizing efficiency and overlooking career fatigue of them.This study took the young formal employees of F County Power Enterprise in Jilin Province as object,collecting problems and needs about career management of enterprise employees by questionnaires.The research randomly select 12 young employees who have worked in the enterprise for less than five years to carry out group activities based on evaluation data.The group work involves five dimensions: career exploration,career goals and planning,continuing learning,relationship focus,and self-presentation and the project is divided into six parts that aims for helping the objects find their career goals,keep learning,forge clear understanding of themselves.Furthermore,this research is also meant to help them realize that personal development cannot be separated from career planning.Only with the realization of personal character strengths,can employees find suitable positions and crystalize into a definite personal development plan.The intervention of corporate social work can significantly enhance young employees’ sense of responsibility,improve their adaptability to different positions,and increase the cohesiveness of young employees in enterprises.Career planning can also enhance employees’ career development and make them have clearer goals for the future. |
