Since the new curriculum reform,the independent cooperative inquiry learning method has been carried out in all aspects of education and teaching,and the consciousness of cooperation is one of the essential core qualities of primary and middle school students.In order to meet the needs of this era,basic education both at home and abroad are actively exploring countermeasures,class group cooperation management is put forward under such a background.The study found that some developed countries in education have already obtained relatively successful experience in this field.Although the exploration and research on this subject in our country started relatively late,but since the new curriculum reform,All levels of primary and secondary schools have also embarked on the class group cooperation management model research and exploration.When combing the research context and the present situation,it is found that the primary school mainly focuses on the middle grade and has achieved gratifying results in the exploration of the cooperative management model of class groups.A large number of fact studies tell us that the cooperative management model is in line with the fundamental purpose of education.In such a class,teachers fully arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in class management.Focusing on exploring studentsundefined imagination and creative ability,facing all students,paying attention to their physical and mental development,has changed the single management mode of "hegemony and monopoly" of teachers in the past,and has made the class look a new one.However,in the practical operation of this model,some problems have been exposed,which requires us to improve and perfect it according to the actual situation and problems.On the basis of investigation and discussion,this study will analyze and find out scientific and reasonable solutions to the problems existing in the mode of group cooperative management,and provide theoretical basis and concrete and effective implementation strategies for the practice of group cooperative management in primary schools.In order to help Chinaundefineds team management on a more effective way of development.This study will use the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey,interview and case study to discuss the subject of group cooperative management in the middle and senior grades of primary schools.Through consulting a large number ofdocuments,we can find the theoretical basis.Then,combined with various problems encountered in the actual operation,a questionnaire for students and teachers is formulated.Through carefully sorting out the questionnaires and interviews,we found various problems in the application of group cooperation management.Combined with the problems found in the questionnaire,the paper makes an in-depth analysis to find out the reasons for the formation of the problems.Finally,according to the reasons,find out scientific and reasonable solutions.This research adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,case law and so on,and probes into the subject of cooperative management of middle grade group in primary school.Through consulting a large number of literature,established the theoretical basis of the study;then combined with the practical operation of the model encountered various difficulties,developed a questionnaire for students and teachers;through the questionnaire and interview materials carefully and meticulously combing,Found in the use of group management problems in the ownership,and then combined with the problems found in the questionnaire,theoretical in-depth analysis to find out the main causes of the problem;finally,To explore the scientific and reasonable solutions to the problem.It is found that the causes of the problems in the operation of the cooperative management mode of the group are multi-level and multi-faceted,and through careful attribution and scientific analysis,it can be concluded that,The student level is mainly reflected in five aspects: poor self-management and self-discipline,serious dependence on psychology and false sense of competition,unfair evaluation and weak self-discipline of some group leaders,vicious competition among groups and studentsundefined utilitarian mentality.The contents of education are difficult to quantify and the details are difficult to quantify,while the head teacher level is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: not really let the students do the management,There is no democratic class rules and regulations and not fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in management.Based on the analysis,the causes of cooperative management in middle-grade groups in primary schools are obtained.First of all,the students did not form the self-awareness and self-discipline ability of self-management and cooperation,but the pressure from the study aspect(especially the achievement)was too great,sometimes did not approve the management mechanism of the class.Secondly,teachers lack the experience of group cooperation management,and do not implement the idea of promoting the development of all students in the management,some even can not treat every student fairly and fairly.Second,parents are easy to arrange all aspects of their childrenundefineds life,and pay too much attention to their childrenundefineds academic achievements,so they do not know enough about the positive significance of the overall development of childrenundefineds growth.In view of these situations,this research proposed the solution to the group cooperation management question countermeasure.First of all,we should deeply study and fully grasp the characteristics of the establishment and operation of the cooperative group,including attaching great importance to the formation and operation training of the group,the daily operation procedures of the cooperative management of the group,etc.To strengthen the self-awareness and self-discipline of cooperative management of student groups,to strengthen the education of studentsundefined sense of collective honor,and to organize the whole class to formulate class rules and conventions,so as to gradually cultivate the ability of cooperative management of studentsundefined groups.In this study,special emphasis is placed on improving the understanding and management level of the head teacher,mainly by promoting the concept of cooperative management of the head teacher group,and encouraging the teacher in charge of the class to carry out self-study.Lead head teacher design class group cooperation management development planning three angles cut into.Family education is the powerful backing of school education,so at the end of the study,the positive influence of parents on group cooperation management is put forward,which is interpreted from
