Study On Improving Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship

Dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students is an important part of college campus relationship, is a relationship forming in the process of learning, work, life. According to the influencing factors of the dormitory interpersonal relationship, combined with the actual work of college students, put forward to promote the countermeasures,can provide help and support for college student affairs work.In this study, based on previous studies, combined with the characteristics of the present university students stage, through the questionnaire survey method, case analysis method, combining with the analysis of typical cases, investigate the type of present situation of dormitory interpersonal relationship, find out the existing problems, and combined with the students in the actual work, put forward some countermeasures and methods. The introduction of the article, summarized the current research on dormitory interpersonal relationship, the research ideas, research methods and innovation points are described. The second chapter, study on the characteristics and theoretical basis of dormitory interpersonal relationship, explains the characteristics of grade, gender characteristics, differences between urban and rural areas, economic conditions of four elements plays an important role in the effect of college students dormitory interpersonal relationship. The third chapter, through the questionnaire survey and the case analysis, illustrate the school freshman dorm nature, understand the existence of freshman dormitory interpersonal relationship problems, and the reasons of college students dormitory interpersonal relationship were analyzed. The fourth chapter, from the students, the dormitory building, family environment, social concerns four aspects, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the dormitory interpersonal relationship.
