In recent years,the phenomenon of conflicts between teachers and students has occurred frequently.The prevalence of the network information media era,regardless of Weibo,WeChat,and the media,has frequently reported the incidents of teachers and students,which has always attracted our attention.Educational activities are bilateral activities involving teachers and students.The two sides are always in a common educational situation.The conflict between teachers and students is also a common phenomenon that cannot be avoided.Especially for junior high school students,they are in a special period of adolescence.The emotional experience is rich and the mood is fluctuating.The students in this period are facing tremendous changes and challenges both psychologically and physiologically.Therefore,the study of this phenomenon is of great significance both in theory and in practice.A harmonious teacher-student relationship will also have a positive and positive impact on students,which will help students to maintain a good learning enthusiasm,be willing to accept the teachings of teachers,and will greatly benefit the students' learning and promote their comprehensive development of body and mind and personality.Promote the construction of harmonious classes,harmonious campuses and even harmonious society.On the basis of the existing research,this study is conducted in a case-by-case A school.Through a field survey of nearly four months,a comprehensive use of observation methods and interviews,etc.,to understand in detail the development process of A middle school with the eighth grade as the teacher-student conflict.The "storytelling" approach seeks to restore the complete process of the cause,the passage,and the dissolution of the teacher-student conflict in the context of education and teaching.It reveals the influencing factors of conflicts,shows the behaviors of both teachers and students in the process of conflict,and clarifies the true views of the personnel on the conflict between teachers and students through after-school interviews.Finally,the reasons for the case are analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the conflict between teachers and students are put forward accordingly.It is hoped that the front-line teachers will provide reference and decision-making opinions when dealingwith the problems of teachers and students in their work.They will use flexible methods and techniques in dealing with various conflicts,and strive to achieve more difficulties and avoid further deterioration of conflicts.
