With the continuous development and progress of society,the number of colleges and universities is constantly rising,the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities has become complex and diverse,and the problem of teacher-student conflicts has gradually become more serious,causing serious harm to both universities and society.The problem of teacher conflicts in the physical education major of Xi’an Physical Education University as an objective problem has always existed in daily teaching classrooms,practical activities,and employment issues,and gradually evolved into serious contradictions and conflicts,but it has not been effectively alleviated.In addition,the current major of physical education in Xi’an Physical Education University needs to develop towards the “double first-class”profession,and competition is fierce.Therefore,easing the conflict between teachers and students and building a good relationship between teachers and students is a problem to be solved.This study takes the conflict between teachers and students in the physical education major of Xi’an Physical Education University as the research object,and surveys 400 college students and 50 teachers in the first to fourth grades of the physical education major in Xi’an Physical Education University.Research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and data statistics method are used.From the three dimensions of the current situation of teacher-student conflicts in physical education majors in Xi’an Physical Education University,teacher-student conflicts,and solutions to the conflicts between teachers and students,this paper studies the conflicts between teachers and students in Xi’an Physical Education University.The results of the study found that there are internal reasons for the conflict between teachers and students in physical education majors: the differences in values between teachers and students,the lack of communication between teachers and students,the difference in the role positioning between teachers and students,the handling between teachers and students,In appropriate ways to resolve contradictions;external causes of teachers and students: the training objectives and requirements of physical education majors for teachers and students are not clear,the professionalism of physical education majors is strong,the performance of students in the classroom is lacking,the curriculum of physical education special courses is not reasonable,physical education The professional characteristics of education teachers are strong,the lack of teachers,the gap between the teaching content of physical education andthe employment rate of students,the huge gap between "teaching" and "learning" between teachers and students;and the conflicts between teachers and students School reasons;family reasons for teacher-student conflict.Aiming at the reasons for the conflict between teachers and students,the author also carried out strategic analysis and research.Through the study of the conflict between teachers and students of Xi’an Physical Education University,in order to explore strategies to alleviate the conflict between teachers and students of Xi’an Physical Education University,in order to optimize the management mechanism of the physical education major,clarify the teaching support system of the physical education major,Build a good teacher-student relationship in physical education,promote the construction of the community of teachers and students in physical education,promote the healthy development of physical and mental health of teachers and students,and provide some help for the quality of physical education professionals and the "double first-class" professional construction of physical education.
