School phvsical education is an important position to realize quality education,and the conflict of PE classroom teaching occurs frequently,which directlY affects the success or failure of school education and the realization of educational goals.This paper determines the concept and type of conflict in physical education classroom teaching 'through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics,analyzes the present situation,influence and root of the conflict of physical education classroom teaching in junior middle school,and puls torward the preventive measures and countermeasures to manage the conflict of physical education classroom teaching in junior middle school.The concrete conclusions are as follows:(1)The conflict of physical education classroom teaching refers to the contradiction and rejection behavior caused by the difference of cognition,emotion,value and social background between teachers and students,students and students in physical education classroom teaching activities,or by the different opinions on teaching contents,teaching methods and so on.It is divided into speech conflict,physical conflict and psychological conflict.(2)The occurrence of conflict classroom teaching in junior middle school is universal,whether it is conflict between teachers and students or conflicts,psychological conflict occurs more frequently than physical conflict and speech conflict,the proportion of physical education teachers and students conflict is larger,the proportion of psychological conflict between boys is slightly less than that of female students.But more than female students occur in terms of verbal and physical conflict.Most PE teachers and students are more sensible about the solution of conflict between teachers and students and conflicts,but there are also phenomena that are too extreme to solve,such as superficial reconciliation,private retaliation and so on.(3)The occurrence of conflict in physical education classroom teaching in addition to the negative effects such as affecting the Order of physical education classroom teaching and causing campus safety accidents,it is also,to a certain extent,the "exciter" of school rules and regulations change and the "safety valve" of maintaining teacher-student relationship,which has the positive effect of promoting teachers ' specialization and socialization of students.(4)There are many direct reasons for the conflict in Physical education classroom teaching,which can not be separated from the professional quality of physical education teachers,the characteristics of students ' physical and mental development,the relevant system of schools,family education methods and social networks,etc.,in-depth analysis in order to find measures to prevent conflicts and effective strategies to deal with conflicts that have occurred.Finally.from five aspects of P.E.teachers,students,schools,families and society,this paper puts forward some measures to prevent the conflict of physical education classroom teaching.and according to the "two-dimensional model of conflict management" put forward by American behavioral scientist Thomas in the 1970s.puts forward some strategies to deal with the conflict of classroom teaching,that is,avoidance strategy,compromise strategy Restraint strategy and cooperation strategy,the combination of preventive measures and coping strategies to minimize the negative impact of sports classroom teaching conflict,but also for other disciplines to reasonably respond to classroom teaching conflicts to provide reference.
