In kindergarten,the relationship between teachers and children has attract the most attention of society.It was easily to cause conflicts between teachers and children because of the particularity in infant education.In recent years,the“child abuse”,“beaten children”was reported endless.It was bad for the relationship between teachers and children.However,the conflicts between teachers and children rarely attract social attention although it was ubiquitous.And the result achievements is blank.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the conflict between teachers and students!Compared with other perspectives,the cultural perspective can reveal the hidden things behind the problem,and it has a certain innovation.The core is the value,the intermediary is the mindset,and the characterization is the behavior.It is characterized by multiple and integrate.The conflicts between teachers and children is a kind of mutual interference behavior because of the different in goals and concepts.It needs to meet four conditions: both hands and feet are present;a reciprocal behavior;the conscious of each other;the dissatisfaction with each other.It was characterized by the diversity of the form,the difficulty of solving,the profoundness of the impact,the frequency of occurrence,the high control of the process,and the duality of the function.The definition of the scene,the cognition of the character and the expectation of the behavior affects the development of the conflict.The research has lasted for a long time.We found that the conflicts between teachers and children is prevalent in the daily life of kindergarten.Firstly,it has three kinds subjects.There are the conflicts between teachers and the individual ofchildren,the conflicts between teachers and children group,the conflicts between teachers and the whole class.Among this,the conflicts between teachers and individual and the whole class is more frequent than the conflicts between teachers and the group.Secondly,teachers' coping strategies can be divided into two types--gentle and intense.The gentle type includes clapping,playing the piano,reasoning,luring,exchanging position,making winks,and avoiding.The intense type includes reprimand,intimidation,pull,and punish.In these coping strategies,the frequency of use in clapping,intimidating,reprimanding are higher than avoiding,exchanging position,and making winks.Thirdly,children have four kinds of coping strategies.There are language attacks,physical resistance,comprise and indirect protest.Among them,the compromise adopted the most.Fourth,the results of the conflict can be divided into three kinds.Respectively,children subject to teachers,children do not obey the discipline from teachers,teachers take the initiative to avoid conflicts.In most cases,the results is that children subject to teachers.Finally,there are eight kinds of theme in the conflict between teachers and children.Such as disciplines,dealing with contradictions,soothing,teaching skills,rules maintenance,teaching knowledge,family-kindergarten cooperation,and care for life.The theme of disciplines and rules maintenance are maintain the most.The conflict in home cooperation and soothing is few.In addition,through the in-depth interviews with teachers,we found that,heavy tasks,negative emotion,the lack of family-kindergarten cooperation,the unreasonable view of children,educational utilitarian are the most important reason for the conflict between teachers and children.The causes of the conflict between teachers and children can be analyzed in three aspects: the dislocation of the value,the restriction of mindset,and the deviation of the behavior.From the point of value,the conflict originated from teachers' unsuitable value,the irreconcilable value of children,the different educational concept between family and kindergarten,and the restriction of kindergarten's management.From the mindset,the incorrect orientation in children,teachers,kindergarten,and the social prejudice are cause.From the improper behavior,the conflict is caused by teachers' improper teaching behavior,the lack offamily-kindergarten cooperation,the rigid management in kindergarten,and the lack of social security measures.The cultural suggestions for the elimination of the conflict between teachers and children are mainly carried out from three aspects.The key is diverse fusion.Firstly,it must have material support,such as creating a good class environment,smoothing the channels of family connect,improving the wages of teachers.Secondly,we must set any system to avoid conflict.We should pay attention to human nature in management,concern teachers' skills training,establish family-kindergarten cooperation mechanism,and select proper teachers.Thirdly,the transformation in mind is very important.We should correct our view on children,redefine the authority of teacher,clear the value of preschool education,change the social occupational prejudice.
