In the new era,the people have new demand for family education guidance services.Relevant policy documents have been proposed,by 2020,basically built to adapt to urban and rural development of Family education guidance service system,basically meet the needs of inclusive family education guidance services.However,the weak construction of family education guidance service personnel is still the bottleneck restricting the development of family education guidance service in China.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the training of family education instructors.It not only responds to people's demand for family education guidance services,but also helps to promote educational equity and build a learning-oriented society.This study takes the theory of educational equity and lifelong education as the theoretical basis to explore the training of family education instructors,and investigates the current situation of the supply and demand of family education guidance services with self-compiled "investigation on the status quo of preschool family education guidance service".Through the literature research and the present situation investigation,it is found that there is a contradiction in the shortage of family education guidance service,and the training of family education instructors is slow to promote the provider of family education guidance service.The reasons for the slow development of family education instructors are mainly the long-term marginalization of family education,the training of family education instructors does not enter the vision of decision-making,personnel training is not supported by scientific disciplines,and the "on-the-job training" project for family educators is difficult to be effective.Facing the dilemma of the training of family education instructors and the strong demand of family education guidance service,this study puts forward the cultivation of family education instructors based on the mature and perfect teacher education training system in China,that is,put the training of family education instructors into the teacher training system.The research is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,introduces the reason of topic selection,research significance and research methods,and the second part investigates the present situation of family education guidance service for preschool children's families.It is found that there is a contradiction in the shortage of family education guidance service,and the third part introduces the current situation of family education instructor training.This paper introduces the cultivation of family education instructors in colleges and universities and the training projects of related subjects to domestic educators,and the Part ? analyzes the problems and causes in the training of family education instructors,including the management aspects of the government's training for family education instructors and the implementation of colleges and universities,and expounds the reasons accordingly,and the Part V puts forward the strategies for the training of family education instructors.Specifically,it includes three aspects:the Government should attach importance to the training of family education instructors,and colleges and universities should promote the training and implementation process of home family tutors,and include family education instructors in the training of teachers.
