Kindergarten family education guidance refers to the educational activities that take kindergarten as the main body of education and guide and educate children’s educators(mainly parents)through comprehensive content and various forms,so that they can establish correct educational concepts,master scientific methods and skills,improve their own literacy,and thus improve the quality of family education.In this study,the principals,teachers and parents of seven kindergartens in urban area were investigated and studied by using self-compiled interview syllabus,and the following problems were obtained: in terms of parents’ needs for family education guidance,it was found that there was an imbalance between parents’ needs and kindergartens’ actual practices,that is,the current kindergarten family education guidance work could not meet the parents’ needs.Inter-demand,to a certain extent,has affected the improvement of parents’ family education level and the family education environment of young children;in terms of understanding,most parents think that they need professional guidance of family education,while a few parents do not approve it;in terms of form and content,most kindergartens have a single form,focusing mainly on centralized guidance,paying attention to the whole,and due to the lack of teachers.Lack of professional quality of guidance,individual guidance only stays on the surface,practical problems are difficult to solve.The reasons are as follows: first,kindergarten’s awareness of family education guidance is not strong;second,the system of kindergarten’s family education guidance is not perfect;third,teachers lack the quality of family education guidance;fourth,parents lack subjectivity and initiative in family education guidance.In view of the causes of the problems,the researcher puts forward the following solutions: to establish a scientific concept of family education guidance;to improve the organization and management of kindergarten family education guidance;to strengthen the construction of kindergarten family educationguidance teachers;to enrich the content of kindergarten family education guidance;and to broaden the form of kindergarten family education guidance. |
