With the rapid development of rural tourism,more and more rural labor force joined the rural tourism employment.This study investigated the basic situation of rural labor force in Guangming grand view garden of Changsha city,the current situation of rural tourism employment and the importance of employment influencing factors through field questionnaires,summarized and analyzed the current situation and problems of rural labor force rural tourism employment,and finally put forward relevant Suggestions.This study USES the SPSS25.0 software statistical method to sample descriptive statistics analysis,mean analysis and cross analysis,the following conclusions:(1)The overall human capital level of employed persons is not high and the level of education is low.The employed persons are mainly married local middle-aged people with bachelor degree or below.Most of the employed persons are from the 5 villages of Guangming grand view garden(Guangming,Huangnipu,Jinshi,Datang,Shenghe and 5 villages),which are mainly locals.(2)The employment field is narrow,and the employment information acquisition channel is single.Employers prefer to work on the entertainment aspects of tourists.Most of the employees use their own random search and introduction of relatives and friends to obtain employment information,and use other channels to obtain employment information.(3)The employment stability is poor and the employ ability is insufficient.More than two-thirds of employed people have stopped or changed jobs,and this is because workers want higher incomes.Judging from the employ ability of employed people,more than half of the employed have no experience,skills or certificates related to rural tourism.(4)Lack of employment security and less employment training.The main performance is that the employment unit has not signed employment contracts for employees,and has not purchased social insurance,and there are fewer opportunities for providing training.(5)The importance of the factors affecting rural tourism employment is as follows:the most obvious factor affecting the employment is the economic factor,followed by the family factor,and the third is the environmental factor.(6)The difference in gender,age and education level has led to a big difference in the importance of employment factors.The specific performance is:Compared with men,women think that the daily working time ?8 hours.The number of more important employment influence factors is higher,and women are more inclined to work with relatives and friends for rural tourism employment.Employers under the age of 45 believe that a higher basic salary is a very important number of employment factors.In terms of differences in educational level,the illiterate sub-primary and undergraduate and above-level populations believe that regular training is a relatively important proportion of employment factors.In view of the research conclusions,this paper from the training of rural tourism management personnel,strengthen employment training;Optimizing the employment policy of rural tourism to attract talents;Broaden employment information access channels,build employment platform;The author puts forward Suggestions on the development of rural tourism employment in Guangming grand view garden of Changsha city from four aspects:perfecting the employment social security system and improving the employment quality.
