In recent years,China's tourism industry has maintained a good momentum of development.Tourists' demand for tourism forms has become more individualized and diversified,and people's tourism and consumer tastes have gradually improved.At the same time,the tourism market is more detailed.The tourism market of middle school students has great potential for development.Scholars in the field of education and tourism advocate the development of study travel to improve the overall quality of middle school students.Entry into universities is what many students and parents expect,so students and parents choose institutions of higher learning as research destinations.As a new type of tourism,study travel has the value of development.University tourism can improve the utilization rate of campus resources and enhance the public image of the school.On the other hand,it enriches the content of study travel,expands the choice of middle school students' topics.Product development is imperative.This paper takes Henan University as the research object and studies the development of study travel products in Henan University.First of all,it sorts out and summarizes the research progress of study travel and college tourism at China and abroad,and defines the concepts related to study travel and college tourism.Secondly,Tourists' motives are the internal driving force for tourism activities.According to the motivation theory and tourism motivation related literatures such as “push-pull theory”.The “investigation motivation questionnaire for college students” is designed.There are 27 motivational factors.Questionnaire survey was conducted for middle school students,SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the basic information of the surveyed population,and the reliability and validity of the research motivation factors of middle school students in study travel were analyzed.Seven key factors were extracted by principal component analysis method."Exploring social practice activities" improving on the basis of their own originality;"learning and exercising" improving themselves in learning activities,learning knowledge,improving psychological quality and exercising;"social motivation" mutual interaction with others communicate to meet their social needs;“Experience college culture” visit the landscape of colleges,experience campus life and culture;“physical and mental health” ease the pressure of learning to relax the body and mind;“entertainment and relaxation” “escape”.Thirdly,it analyzes the external conditions for the development of study travel in Henan University: Henan University has good location conditions,and the Chinese government has issued corresponding policies to support the development of study travel and the renewal of school and parent education concepts.Analyze the situation of Henan University's tourism resources and the problems in the development of study travel products.Finally,taking Henan University's tourism resources and the motives of middle school students as the starting point,further research on the development of Henan University's study travel products.Put forward the strategy of study travel product development in Henan University.Henan University's study travel products should adhere to the five main principles of educational principle,practical principle,thematic principle,innovative principle and Communication principle.According to the principles,the goal of study travelproducts is to position the education of products.On the basis of development principles and product target orientation,this paper analyzes the development ideas of Henan University's study travel products.Based on the motivation of middle school students and the tourism resources of Henan University to design the study travel products,deepen the theme of “education” in study travel;integrate Kaifeng study travel resources;focus on the experience of research.Henan University study travel product development type:(1)sightseeing and leisure type,carry out the ecological tour of Henan University campus,modern architecture tour of Henan campus,providing leisure,entertainment and relaxation tourism products for middle school students.(2)Knowledge learning type,carrying out lectures on the relevant knowledge of the curriculum,exhibition of research results,activities of conducting subject knowledge and physical competition,exploring subject knowledge activities with college students;(3)Practice development Type,develop tourism products of subject practice activities and humanities practice activities;(4)University cultural experience type,develop study travel products that experience campus culture and life.
