Homework is the product of the extension of classroom teaching,which is conducive to the development and realization of the value of education.Therefore,homework plays an equally important role with classroom teaching.At present,most teachers in biology teaching pay more attention to the research of biology teaching skills and pay less attention to homework design.The deepening of curriculum reform requires teachers to change their traditional concepts,establish a new era concept of homework,make full use of homework,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.At the same time,the development of the times and the new curriculum standards have higher requirements for students,and pay more attention to the cultivation of students' abilities.The design of hierarchical homework can face up to the differences between students,narrow the gap between students,so that each student can get the maximum development.This study aims to explore the design methods of stratified homework in senior high school,and to optimize the high school biology operation,thus promoting the improvement of students' core biological literacy by carrying out stratified homework practice in the first grade of a county middle school in Yan 'an.Through consulting the literature,a lot of homework design combed the predecessors to the homework reform exploration.In research on the homework related literature,integrate the theory of multiple intelligences,recent development zone,teaching according to aptitude and positive psychology into the design of hierarchical homework after biology class,so as to add theoretical support to the design of hierarchical homework.In order to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the research,the survey method was used to understand the current situation of biology homework from the perspective of students and teachers,and to analyze the problems and root causes.Combined with the current research and learning situation,the principles of stratified homework are summarized,and the basis of stratified homework after biology class is formulated as curriculum standard,core quality of biology,examination outline and individual differences of students.On this basis,the students in selected experimental classes were studied on the practice of biological homework after class from the aspects of hidden layering of homework subject,explicit layering of homework content,independent layering of homework arrangement,and evaluation and modification of multiple layering,and the cases of biological homework after class were designed for analysis,so as to provide reference and help for front-line teachers.Through the dynamic interview method to understand the dynamic changes of students' interest and learning attitude,and the static performance comparative analysis to understand the subjective effect of students using stratified homework and its relationship with the results,the two methods combined to investigate the implementation effect of stratified homework.The research results show that post-study stratification is helpful to stimulate students' interest in learning;it is conducive to correcting students' attitudes towards homework;it is beneficial to improve students' academic performance and is suitable for adapting to the new college entrance examination model.Suggestions for layered operation implementation are put forward on the basis of the above research :(1)Layering setting in layered operations is the key,which needs the cooperation of teaching experienced teachers in the study of operations;(2)The establishment of school hierarchical operation database needs the concerted efforts of each front-line teacher;(3)The establishment of a scientific evaluation system of stratified work,so that the stratified work can be timely evaluation.
