Abstract/Summary:
Homework,an important part of the teaching process,is a continuation of classroom learning.It is an important means for students to consolidate classroom knowledge,develop mathematical ability and improve mathematical thinking.However,the unified mathematical homework cannot promote the development of every student in mathematics learning because of the differences of students in many aspects.In this case,the layered homework that designed according to the students’ differences is proposed.The layered homework reflects the diversity and selectivity of mathematics homework,and promotes the improvement of students’ mathematics learning.On the basis of reading the existing literature,this thesis finds out the function of homework,the theoretical basis of layered homework,the principles and strategies of design,the problems to be paid attention to and the differences among students.The main discussions are as follows:(1)How to layer the homework?(2)What is the effect of layered homework? It adopts an experimental research.On the premise of ensuring that there is no significant difference between the two classes,layered homework is applied to the experimental class.In the experimental class,the students are layered,the homework is layered and the corresponding matching is made.Meanwhile,other irrelevant variables such as teaching materials,teachers,class hours,reference materials and students’ emotions are kept constantly.The experiment lasts one semester.After the experiment,the experimental class and the control class are measured with questionnaires.The questionnaires are divided into five aspects: mathematics learning interest,classroom cognitive participation,homework completion time,homework completion attitude and homework satisfaction.The questionnaires and the final examination scores of the two classes are collected to analyze statistically.According to the results of analysis,the conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Layered homework can increase students’ interest in mathematics learning and increase classroom cognitive participation.(2)Layered homework can reduce students’ time tocomplete homework,improve students’ attitude to complete homework completion and enhance students’ satisfaction with homework.(3)Layered homework can increase students’ grades,especially reduce the number of students with low grades,and increase the number of students in middle and high grades.
