| For genetic factors and studying habits,students’ studying quality is different,mainly on mathematics studying attitude,mathematics studying ability and so on.The unified teaching system ignores the difference,so some students can’t get enough knowledge and others have too much to master.As an important part of teaching,homework is an independent studying process for students after class.Traditional homework is much in quantity,low in quality;single in form and boring in content.Students struggle to cope with it and they are too tired.Based on the two points,teachers should pay much attention to the difference and design personalized layered homework as the supplement of collective teaching system.It can promote students’ personal development in mathematics and satisfy their career development.Personalized layered homework is designed according to students’ personal difference.It changes traditional homework that is named one site fits all.Layered homework focuses on students’ difference on basic knowledge and study ability,which is more specific.So the good students will not do the repetitive work and the poor students will not finish their homework by plagiarism.It can improve homework efficiency.Personalized layered homework bases on students’ aptitude,the zone of proximal development and the theory of multiple intelligence,which conforms to the student cognitive law.According to the questionnaire survey and individual interview to the teachers and students,the writer mastered the present situation of the high school mathematics homework assignments and their suggestion about layered homework.The writer learned the experience on personalized teaching,layered homework and personalized homework at home and abroad and did some study on personalized layered homework in his class.During the study,the writer first analyzed the student stratification by the way of junior high school level exam comprehensive quality evaluation instead of results.The writer followed the principle of democracy,concealment,dynamic and effectively avoid the "label" to the student.Firstly,the writer layered the teaching aim and then chose the proper layered homework.Secondly,in order to promote students’ personal development the writer followed the rule of designing layered homework.Thirdly,in order not to increase the workload of the teacher correcting students’ papers,he used some deformation technique.After studying,the writer analyzed the actual result from the mathematics scores of different layered students.Practice shows that personalized layered homework can effectively improve the students’ interest in learning mathematics,arouse the students’ learning initiative,and effectively improve the math scores of students. |
