Homework is an integral part of the teaching work,it is the expansion and extension of the knowledge learned in class.It is an important way to consolidate and migration application of classroom knowledge.It is an important way for teachers to test whether classroom teaching objectives are achieved.It is an important channel for parents to learn about their children’s learning and close parent-child relationship.It is a good opportunity for students to develop the habit of independent thinking and self-discipline.Under the new curriculum concept of “people-oriented”,it is of positive significance to optimize each link of homework management,reduce the burden on students,free up time for students to carry out other learning activities,and free up more time for teachers to study students.Based on the perspective of optimizing homework management,from students,teachers and schools three different levels,this study investigates the current situation of homework management in four middle schools in K district of Handan city.According to the investigation,students,teachers,schools and even parents pay more attention to the management of students’ homework.Students in Rural junior middle schools attach importance to the management of the process of homework,homework feedback positive,correct attitude.Teachers in Rural junior middle schools attach importance to homework planning,get familiar with homework functions and pay attention to homework feedback.The four schools all attach importance to the management of teachers’ correcting homework.But at the same time,according to the survey results,there are still many problems in the homework management of the four schools.From the perspective of students,the reasons for the heavy homework burden of students are as follows:subjectively,the rural students lack ideal consciousness and learning motivation;Objectively,homework lacks interest.From the teacher level,the teachers in rural junior middle school understand homework function and the importance of homeworkplanning,the theory of understanding is in place,but the implementation of the education site,there is a certain gap.Simple,repeated written homework is not fun for students,also objectively increased the psychological burden of students.From the school level,all the schools involved in the survey focused on requiring teachers to implement full approval and full modification of homework,but lack supervision and guidance in the selection of homework content and the design of homework topics.Therefore,the author believes that from the school level,we should implement quality education,promote endogenous dynamics.Establish parent school,form family school to join forces.Perfect the operation management system,control the operation “quality” and “quantity”.From the teacher level,teachers should change the homework idea and focus on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.Enrich homework types and stimulate students’ interest.Use homework content skillfully and pay attention to effective value.Pay attention to the guidance of learning method,pay attention to the cultivation of students’ ability.Focus on homework reflection and improve the quality of homework.From the aspect of parents,parents should be learning parents and keep pace with The Times.Be a role model parent and teach by example.
