A Study On The Training Model Of International Business Specialists In Fujian Higher Vocational College

With the rapid development of in-depth implementation of China’s"The Belt and Road"and the construction of the Fujian Free Trade Zone,Fujian province foreign trade is increasing,increasing the demand for international business professionals,the quality requirements for talents are increasing.Higher vocational education is a kind of higher education that serves the regional economic construction.The trained professionals should promote the development of regional economy.To a large extent,the vigorous development of Fujian’s regional economy depends on the ability to cultivate professional talents needed for economic development and development.As the base of high skilled and complex talents training,higher vocational colleges can provide strong talent reserve,intellectual support and internal development power for the development and construction of Fujian’s regional economic development,and provide important guarantee for the reserve of talents in the development of regional economy in Fujian.The profound changes and transformation of the current social economy have prompted the mode of talent training in higher vocational education to make breakthroughs and innovations.The higher vocational colleges in Fujian province should take the"perfect vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation"as guidance and the actual needs of the society,enterprises and students in the nineteen major report of the party.In order to solve the problem of social employment,we should build a scientific talent cultivation system and cultivate the knowledge,skill type and innovative talents needed by the society to contribute to the national economic development and construction.This paper,taking the training mode of international business professionals in Fujian higher vocational colleges as the research object,expounds the influence of the new pattern of the national opening to the outside world on the training of international business professionals,summarizes the types and efficiency of the training mode of international business professionals in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the existence of these training modes.The problems and constraints,and then draw on the experience’of the training of international business professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges in the province,and put forward the development trend of the talent training mode of international business major in Fujian higher vocational colleges.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the training mode of international business talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province,so as to effectively promote the development of Fujian’s regional economy.
