| Higher vocational education which is an important part of higher education is acting as the important role to improve our whole nation quality and to increase the stock of human capital. Higher vocational education in technology is an important branch of higher vocational education and Higher Education. It is increasingly showing its broad development space and powerful significance, and become an important and indispensable force to promote the development of Chinese economy, society, technology, human resources and education. The Personnel training mode of higher vocational education in the technology has not formed a Systematic, scientific, and complete theory, which has become serious obstacles of the higher vocational education in technology. The reasons include starting relatively late, short period of developing and impacted by the educational mode of slighting practice and capacity. Different kinds of practice mode need to improve.Training mode refers to the structural style and operation mode of the training process taken by the school to achieve their training objectives which includes professional projects, curriculum models, instructional design, training methods and characteristics of teachers and other elements.To deepen the reform of high vocational education in technology especially to optimize its educational mode is an important aspect which is helpful to cultivate more and better high-quality technological talent.Document method, investigation method, comparative method and the method of cases analysis are used in my paper. On the basis of summary related research, I analyze the main problems and challenge that our country's talent training model of higher vocational college in technology lie in. They are remaining strong characters of general education, reflection less in higher level, vocational characters and technology; irrational specialty; no fully developing courses, teaching materials; lagging in teaching methods, poor teaching methods skills development effectiveness and need strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.After researching the talent training models of higher vocational education of United States, Germany, Britain, Japan and other foreign countries, I summarize their experiences the advantage in training model of vocational education in technology and demonstrate the basic orientation of restructuring and approach. They include employment-oriented principles of professional settings; improvement the comprehensive quality of student-based educational principles; to more highlight the practical teaching principles based on the Theory and practice and the professional ability as a main line of job training principles.Finally, on the basis of the comparison and analysis of domestic and foreign models, comprehensively drawing on foreign experience, and combining with Chinese actual conditions, this paper made the following recommendations and strategies on optimizing the model of higher vocational education in technology. First, transform the educational thoughts and prominent the vocational nature; Second, formulate accurately the training objectives and training plan; Third, integrate the resources and install scientific specify; Fourth, promote the construction of curriculum and teaching materials;Fifth, implement a more scientific and rational way of teaching;Sixth, build an effective quality control system of personnel training;Seventh, strengthen the main development of the"double"teachers. |
