| The cultivation of students’ employability has always been one of the important topics in the field of pedagogy.Under the background of "employment protection",it is one of the core training objectives of colleges and secondary vocational colleges.The new workplace environment and the characteristics of the human resource market also give more connotation to employability.Therefore,although the relevant research has been carried out for nearly a century,what is employability,what levels and indicators employability includes,and how to cultivate employability are still issues that need to be clarified in the supply side reform of our education field.Especially in secondary vocational colleges,the training goal is to cultivate skilled talents and workers.Facing the workplace,cultivating students’ employability is the top priority of the training goal.At present,there are many problems in secondary vocational colleges,such as vague training objectives,similar curriculum system,and unclear characteristics of vocational education,which lead to the general lack of employability of secondary vocational students.This study takes the cultivation of employability as the starting point,takes the international business major of Dalian LS technical secondary school as an example,based on the construction of students’ employability framework,through questionnaires and interviews,investigates the importance of enterprises’ evaluation of employability related indicators,the common employment problems of secondary vocational students and their views on the future employment direction,and summarizes the international business of secondary vocational schools Through the attribution analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employability training of secondary vocational colleges.It is hoped that the research can provide some reference for the cultivation of Vocational Students’ employability.The article consists of seven parts.The first part elaborates the background,significance,research status at home and abroad and research methods of this paper;the second part defines the core concepts and related theories of this paper.This paper analyzes the connotation and classical theoretical model of general employability and employability training;the third part,combined with the curriculum and training requirements of international business major,constructs four basic frameworks and related secondary indicators of students’ employability.The fourth part,through the investigation and Research on the international business major of Dalian LS technical secondary school as the research carrier,carries out the investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of the employability of the students,teachers and the employing units of school enterprise cooperation.In the fifth part,through sorting out and studying the employment problems of students,the evaluation and scoring table of enterprise personnel and the interviews with school teachers,we summarize the current problems in the employment training of students majoring in this major,and analyze the reasons for the problems;in the sixth part,we put forward relevant countermeasures from the macro to micro level according to the above problems.The countermeasures mainly include three levels,namely school and education department level,enterprise level and government level;the seventh part puts forward the research conclusion and future prospects. |
