With the progress of the society,the international business enterprises have higher requirements for the quality of international business talents.Secondary vocational schools(referred to as: secondary vocational schools),as the positions for training skilled talents in international business technology,undertake the important task of training students’ professional ability and comprehensive practical ability.At present,the training goal of secondary vocational schools is single,the number of double-qualified teachers is small,and the training curriculum needs to be optimized,which can not fully meet the requirements of enterprises for talent ability.Therefore,it is urgent to make an in-depth study on the improvement of the training system of secondary vocational education and the improvement of students’ practical ability.In this thesis,taking international business major as an example,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,guided by Marxist educational theory,based on constructivism learning theory,Bloom’s learning theory,project teaching theory,etc.,focusing on talent training objectives and combining CBE mode,the development of practical training curriculum system for international business major is studied.Firstly,by investigating the quality demand of international business technical talents and the current situation of international business professional training curriculum system in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the contradiction between the supply and demand of international business technical talents;Then,through interviews with teachers of international business major and questionnaires to students,based on the results of statistical analysis,the problems existing in the practical training curriculum system of international business major in secondary vocational schools are found and their reasons are explored.Then,based on CBE model,the corresponding general optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of training course objectives,training course contents,training course teachers,training course facilities and training course evaluation.Finally,the practical training course system of international business major in LS technical secondary school is designed in a case-by-case manner.Through the practical training course goal,the construction of practical training course system,the course implementation mode and the operability design of course evaluation system,the consistency between the training of international business major talents in LS technical secondary school and the demand of enterprise talents is improved.By studying how to realize the connection between the construction of practical training course system of this major and the requirements of enterprises for the cultivation of related talents,this thesis modifies and improves the practical training course system of international business major in secondary vocational schools in today’s society,hoping to improve the comprehensive professional competence of technical and technical talents of international business major,meet the demand of talents in international business industry,and continuously promote the high-quality development of secondary vocational education of international business major.
