Ancient poetry is a bright pearl in our excellent traditional culture.Learning ancient poetr y can not only cultivate students' sentiment,but also train students' thinking effectively.Its pos ition in junior middle school Chinese teaching is self-evident.Due to the limited time and ene rgy of junior high school students,the ancient poetry works in the main textbooks are often u sed to acquire relevant knowledge.Therefore,how to arrange the ancient poetry works systema tically and scientifically in the textbooks according to the junior middle school students' cogniti ve level and psychological development law is particularly important.This paper takes the Chi nese textbooks of junior middle school edited by the Ministry as the research object,adopts th e methods of statistics and chart analysis,compares the Chinese textbooks of junior middle sch ool edited by the Ministry with those of the People's Education Press,analyses the similarities and differences between the two editions of ancient poetry and word,then summarizes the ch aracteristics and shortcomings of the Chinese textbooks of junior middle school edited by the Ministry in the selection of ancient poetry and word,and finally puts forward some suggestion s for the improvement of the edition of the Chinese textbooks of junior middle ? The main body consists of three parts:The first part introduces the selection of ancient poems and lyrics in junior high school te xtbooks compiled by Ministry,and analyses them from the aspects of quantity,subject matter,genre,author and dynasty.Then it introduces the compiling idea of the Ministry's edition of ju nior middle school Chinese textbooks,that is,adopting the double-line unit structure,rebuilding the Chinese knowledge system,focusing on "one lesson,one lesson,one lesson",increasing t he distinction of reading teaching and constructing the "trinity".” Teaching structure,increase r eading,pay attention to the transmission of classical culture.On this basis,the author summari zes the compilation characteristics of ancient poetry in the textbooks of junior middle school C hinese edited by the Ministry.It is found that the number of song is increased and two pieces of song in Qing Dynasty are selected in the Chinese textbook of junior middle school edited by the Ministry;the proportion of ancient poetry in Tang Dynasty is reduced to a certain ext ent;in the arrangement of ancient poetry,it can connect elementary school and senior high sc hool very well,and in terms of the three grades of ancient poetry,whether in the external for m of ancient poetry or in the depth of ancient poetry.In meaning,they are progressive and sp iral,which conforms to the cognitive law of students.The second part introduces the selection of ancient poems and lyrics in the junior middle school Chinese textbooks of the People's Education Department,and then compares the similari ties and differences between the edition of the Ministry and the edition of the People's Educati on Press.The two versions of ancient poems were mostly selected from Tang and Song Dynas ties,with Li Bai and Du Fu's poems as the main poems;the themes were rich and varied,an d the styles were comprehensive;the time span was large,from the pre-Qin Dynasty to the Qi ng Dynasty.In different points,the distribution of the two versions of ancient poetry is differe nt.The edition of the People's Education Edition is more centralized and the edition of the part is more uniform.In the number of poems,the number of the ancient poetry edited by Peop le's Education Edition is more than that edited by the part.In the distribution of intensive rea ding and skimming,the proportion of the precise ancient poetry edited by People's Education Edition is less than that edited by the part.The third part analyses the shortcomings of the edition of ancient poems and lyrics in jun ior middle school Chinese textbooks,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It is found t hat the proportion of Tang and Song poems in the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Juni or Middle School is more than half,which is much higher than that of other dynasties,and to o many poems of Li Bai and Du Fu are selected.This is not conducive to promoting the fine culture of ancient poems in an all-round way,and is not conducive to students' understanding of more works of dynasties and poets.In terms of quantity distribution,there are too many a ncient poems in the second volume of the ninth grade,which is not conducive to students' co ncentrating on reviewing and preparing for the entrance examination;the second volume of the eighth grade is too few,which does not conform to the stage characteristics of the eighth gra de and the development characteristics of the eighth grade students.In the choice of theme,th ere are more ancient poems and lyrics of "detaining homesickness" and "nostalgia and chanting history".There are fewer ancient poems and lyrics of "countryside scenery" and "describing s cenery and traveling".There are no ancient poems and lyrics of "palace resentment and boudoi r resentment".Junior high school students seldom have nostalgia,and the process of recalling i s relatively short.Therefore,students can only rely on imagination and teachers' explanations when learning.As for skimming ancient poems,students can only recite them purely.The anci ent poems of "idyllic scenery" and "scenic travel" are not only closely related to today's envir onmental governance,but also can give students visual enjoyment.Combining with the above s hortcomings,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions.In compiling junior middle sch ool Chinese textbooks,the Ministry takes into account the ancient poems of other dynasties an d scholars in choosing and compiling ancient poems,so as to increase the ancient poems of fe male poets and broaden students' horizons.In terms of quantity distribution,we should increase the number of ancient poems in the eighth grade and reduce the number of ancient poems in the ninth grade,especially in the second volume of the ninth grade.In choosing the theme,we should add some ancient poems such as "idyllic scenery","scenery travel" and "palace com plaints and boudoir complaints".At the same time,we should add some ancient poems with th e theme of traditional culture and customs,so as to be closely related to students' real life.The selection and compilation of ancient poetry in junior middle school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Research Department can not only make the textbooks more perfect,improve students' understanding ability of ancient poetry,cultivate students' sentiment,but also better c arry forward Chinese culture,so that ancient poetry can give people rich spiritual food in toda y's rapid economic development.
