Resource Sharing is the Requirement of “Developing the Shared Economy” proposed by the General Secretary of the Internship Jinping in the report of the Nineteenth Congress.It is also an important driving force for the implementation of the national fitness strategy and this will be a normal condition for the development of sports.The use of physical resources after class in elementary schools in Xiamen to share resources can improve the current situation in which the school's sports resources are not fully utilized.At the same time,it uses sports resources to serve the community,improves the efficiency of the use of sports resources,and creates a good sports atmosphere.In order to ensure the orderly development of sports resource sharing,we need to establish a scientific and reasonable resource sharing mechanism.This article takes the sharing of sports resources in primary school after-school training in Xiamen as the research object,takes the coaches and participants of 30 primary schools in Xiamen as the subjects of the survey,and uses literature,expert interviews,and logical reasoning and other research methods to 30 cities in Xiamen.A detailed survey was conducted on the status of after-school training and sports resources in primary schools.After comprehensively analyzing the characteristics of sports resources in elementary schools and nearby communities in Xiamen City,relevant arguments were made on the practical basis,necessity,and feasibility of resource sharing in elementary schools in Xiamen.Based on the analysis and analysis of the survey data,this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the sharing of physical resources in schools and attempts to construct a sports resource sharing mechanism suitable for primary schools in Xiamen to provide a theoretical reference and basis for resource sharing in primary schools in Xiamen.The results of the study show that: The current situation of Xiamen's elementary school after-class training practing sports resource sharing is not satisfactory,and there are currently problems such as tight funding,low utilization of sports resources,lack of mass base,and poor social interaction.After an in-depth analysis of existing problems,it is concluded that the constraints include inadequate policies,backward concepts,uncler property rights,solidified management system,and inadequate security prevention.Based on the above analysis,this paper propose to build a resource sharing management model that includes operation assurance,resource integration,benefit incentives,coordination control,and security prevention,so as to maximize the utilization of school sports resources.
