Research On The Mechanism Of Teaching Resources Sharing In Higher Vocational Education Parks

Vocational park is the representative model of the intensive development of higher vocational education.It aims to make full use of the resource in the park and realize the target of enhancing the overall teaching quality.Vocational park plays a vital role in establishing modern vocational system in order to adjusting the regional economic development and the industrial structure,it is of great significance for training skilled personnel who adapts to the need of social and economic development.Sharing the teaching resource is the core value of constructing the vocational park.By reading and analyzing a large number of documents,this paper attempts to use quantitative and qualitative mean to explore how to share teaching resource.In the first,this paper reviews the research about university town and university alliance abroad,and combs the research of domestic scholars on the connotation of vocational park,sharing of teaching resource and the mechanism of resource sharing,which paves the way for latter research.Secondly,this study uses the stakeholder theory to define the stakeholders of teaching resource sharing in the vocational park.After analyzing the interest demands of the stakeholders,it is concluded that the most serious conflict is among the universities,they all get more benefits,but not willing to bear the cost of sharing.Choosing independent or sharing is the interests game among universities.so,This study build an evolutionary game model by using evolutionary game theory.Via analyzing the model,it founds that the university will tend to choose share eventually,but this strategy will be affected by the sharing cost and income via sharing.In order to realizing sharing,it needs to establish the mechanism of teaching resource sharing from the perspective of government,interuniversity and etc,which will promote the implementation of sharing.Finally,this paper takes vocational park in Tianjin for example,gets the reliable information about Haihe education park via,then giving suggestion for the development the Haihe education park according to its present situation and existing problems.
