Sharing And Co-construction Mechanism For Online Teaching Resources

From the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Open Courseware to the UK UKOER project, from the2003national quality courses to the2010national quality video lessons, the construction of shared resources has gathered more and more attention and the scope of the study include almost all areas of education and at all levels, and quality resources sharing become the concerns of many education managers and resource builders.In this study, the research literature about teaching resources at home and abroad has been collected and sorted, and combined with the development of educational information on the building of a network of quality resources. The qualitative methods is used to study the resources sharing mechanism for the development of higher education resources, from the ecology of education, the development of lifelong education and personalized learning perspective, in order to make a contribution to the achievement of equity in education, promote the improvement of the quality of the whole national culture.Take the College Education Resources in the U.S., UK and Japan as example, this article has analyzed the foreign network of educational resources construction and using situation. According to China’s Higher Education and Resource Sharing, basic network resources sharing situation, the existing problems of resources sharing for basic education and the development status of China’s national conditions and the Network Education College, this article gives the ideas to draw research and higher education resources sharing mechanism. Performance theory, Unicom theory and systems theory are used as the theoretical basis, Through the literature analysis, case studies, questionnaires and interviews with experts and the research on the sharing situation of network educational resources in Network Education College of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, the overall mode of operation, resource development, construction and resources to build shared of the Network Education College of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics have been deeply understood. The curriculum resources development and construction of resource planning, design, development, testing and release procedures and standardized have been known by studying the management model, operating system and cost analysis of the operation mode of the Network Education College in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. It has made the achievement of the resource sharing between the colleges inside and outside the university. The resource sharing mode of the Network Education College in Dongbei University is summed up. As inspiration and reference, and finally summed up the multi-build, higher education resources for China’s national conditions and compensation sharing mechanism.
