The insufficient of supply for college education, the expanding of demand and education resources'uneven distribution have been highly social concerned. In recent years, the colleges and universities have made some exploration and try on resource sharing, but effective conformity ways are still lack, the overall advantages of resource sharing did not playing out. This, to a certain extent blocked the rapid and healthy development of higher education. Therefore, it is necessary to our college education resource sharing problems for a careful thorough research in Chinese universities, in order to provide the beneficial reference to realize education resource sharing.The first part is the expound of the research background, research object, the research significance, the research status, research methods and research trains of thoughts of the thesis. Meanwhile, it cavded the defined the relevant concepts with college education resource sharing problem, and relative theories, and laid a foundation to analyze the university education resource sharing problem.The second part of the thesis carry on the thorough analysis from the aspect of human resources, material resources and financial resources researches in colleges and universities of chinese education resource utilization condition, and make a conclusion of the shortage of the education resources in Chinese universities is very outstanding through the analysis.The third part of the paper is the analysis of college education resources sharing of the current situation. Mainly from the present situation of the education resources'hardware, software, and existing education information sharing model in three aspects education of resource sharing, and probes the problems of lacking the ideas of college education resource sharing, lacking of the imperfect of sharing and the uncomprehensive of system sharing content.Paper in the fourth part of make a summary of the status quo and existing problems of the college education resource sharing, and from the perspective of economy, management and education, on the basis of colleges and universities in China, and combined with the specific situation to find out the reason that it is difficult to realize the sharing in education resources.Paper's fifth part on the basis of research achievements in earlier chapters, propose a new mode of college education resource sharing, and introduce the new mode in detail. Meanwhile, it studies the college education resource sharing mechanism with the new model of supporting, thereby construct a new mode of education resources in colleges and universities in chinese education resource sharing.
