A Study On The Sharing Mechanism Of Sports Resources Between Colleges And Universities In Heilongjiang Province

Our comprehensive fitness activities are at a new stage of development,increasingly strong public demand for fitness, active participation is increasing.However, sites, facilities, equipment, personnel, and professional guidance and otherinformation resources relative lack of public health, restrict and affect the orderlyconduct of fitness activities. However, after completion of the normal task ofteaching, universities resources with a large number of stadiums, huge numbers ofsports teachers and perfect sport information, are idled, to some extent. This is aserious waste. In2006through the “school stadiums pilot program open to thepublic," the beginning of college sports venues open to the public on a trial basis. Inthis context, how to convert existing resources to meet the College Sports regionalsports needs resources to enhance the level of sharing between regional sports hasbecome an important topic of many current scholars.In this study, the mechanism of cooperation and sharing location and status ofresources to Mudanjiang City Sports college for the study, in view of the largenumber of documents, based on the use of literature, interviews, questionnaires,data analysis and other research methods, health status and the status of communitycollege sports resources field survey found that the development of fitness venuesfacing lack of social sports guidance scarce, lack of physical information resources,scarce, and many other sports issues; understand college sports and the location ofthe city of Mudanjiang City status of resource sharing, some colleges anduniversities opening up some of the venues and facilities, lack of physical humanresources, physical resources and the sharing of information resources incooperative sports organizations; analysis of the main problems that exist in sportsresource sharing; to build Mudanjiang City college sports resources in your areasharing mechanism feasibility study to establish universities and regional sportsresource sharing mechanism where the diagram, the College Sports resource sharingmechanism with the location of the city by starting mechanism, operationmechanism, coordination mechanism, security mechanism; made in building sportsresource sharing mechanisms recommendations for the relevant governmentdepartments and universities related work, concludes the paper.
