| Since 2014,China has carried out three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot work and summarized many valuable experiences.However,the implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges is still slow,and the results achieved are still not satisfactory in China.Implementing the relevant requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council and the administrative departments of education,defining the obstructive factor of modern apprenticeship practice and determining the action logic of higher vocational colleges have become an important issue to be studied urgently.This study combs the existing research results and preliminarily understands the main problems hindering the development of modern apprenticeship.On this basis,the relevant obstacles are indexed.Experts engaged in modern apprenticeship education in four higher vocational colleges and some enterprise technical experts were selected in Hebei Province.The main obstacles to the implementation of modern apprenticeship system were determined by Delphi method.DEMATEL method was used to clarify the comprehensive influence index among various factors,and the related influence and correlation characteristics of each obstacle factor are clarified.The results show that there are 28 obstacles to the implementation of the modern apprenticeship.Among them,13 are the reasons,including school-running idea,rules and regulations,teachers’ understanding of apprenticeship,policy environment,supervision,coordination mechanism,incentive mechanism,students’ career planning,employment situation,students’ understanding of apprenticeship,selection system of enterprise teachers,enterprise science and technology level,regional economic development level.Fifteen factors are the result factors,including personnel training mode,curriculum setting,management mechanism,evaluation mechanism,funds input,teachers’ status,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching methods,professional and industrial fit,practical teaching ability,students’ learning attitude,students’ professional ability,enterprise acceptance of apprenticeship cost,enterprise enthusiasm,and the development of enterprise subject consciousness.Based on the recognition of obstructive factor of modern apprenticeship practice in higher vocational colleges,this study puts forward the action logic of promoting modern apprenticeship from six aspects: action goal,action basis,action guarantee,action subject,and action route and action management.The action goal is to meet the needs of training "big country craftsmen" "skilled craftsmen";the action basis is to improve the relevant policies and systems;the action guarantee emphasizes the external environment that suitable for the requirements of modern apprenticeship practice;the action subject emphasizes the stimulation of enthusiasm for participation from schools,enterprises and students;action route selection promotes steadily in the process of fusion of production and education;the action management focuses on strengthening the supervision of the government and higher vocational colleges.we should strive to a new pattern of modern apprenticeship development with guaranteed laws,supported systems,standardized actions,supervised management and enthusiastic participation,enhance the ability of vocational education to train technical and skilled personnel,and set up higher vocational and technical education that people are satisfied with. |
