In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of child sexual assault cases,the problem of child sexual assault has aroused widespread concern in society and has become a social problem that cannot be ignored.It is urgently needed to be resolved.Child sexual assault cases are frequent and secretive,and can cause indelible harm to children's physiology,psychology and behavior.Preschool age is a critical period for children's personal psychological development.Ensuring that children grow up healthily at this stage is essential for children's physical and mental development.However,influenced by Chinese traditional concepts and conservative ideas,most of the public talk about "sexual" discoloration.Kindergartens and parents do not pay attention to sexual safety education,which makes the preschool children's sexual safety education almost blank.Based on the author's practical work in X kindergarten safety education in Shenzhen,this study uses questionnaire survey,interview method and action research method to explore the new mode of social work intervention in preschool children's sexual safety education under the guidance of social learning theory.This paper first analyzes the background of social work intervention from three aspects: the current situation and harm of child sexual abuse,the current situation of preschool children sexual safety education and the advantages of social work intervention.Then,before the intervention,the current situation and needs of sexual safety education in X kindergarten were investigated,and a preschool sexual safety education group program of "love our bodies and grow up happily" was designed.Social workers carried out practical work in accordance with the already designed group service plan,and adjusted the service plan in time according to the actual situation in the practical process.After the end of the group,the process evaluation and result evaluation were carried out.At last,the paper reflects on the effect,theory and method of intervention,and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions.Studies have shown that school and family have a lack of sexual safety education for preschool children.The intervention of social work can make up for thisdeficiency,and has significant positive significance for improving the sexual safety awareness and ability of preschool children,and can effectively help school age.Former children enhance their ability to recognize and avoid sexual assault.The author rethinks from the perspective of intervention theory and intervention methods,and finds that social learning theory is of great significance to social work intervention in preschool children's sexual safety education.The method of group work provides experience and reference for school and family to carry out sexual safety education in the future.The author puts forward suggestions on preschool children's sexual safety education from the perspective of social work: First,social workers should consider the physical and mental characteristics of preschool children;Second,social workers,kindergartens,and families cooperate in a multi-faceted manner to enrich the form of intervention;Third,integrate social workers' intervention programs and establish a unified and systematic service model.
