Research On The Construction Of Beijing’s Beautiful Rural Public Cultural Square Under The Internet Plus Background

With the rapid development of China,the "Internet +" brings opportunities and challenges to China in the new era.Chairman Xi Jinping said that "no one will bestow a bright China on us." Therefore,the Chinese people should greet the Internet era with the spirit of struggle,and the development of rural areas in China should keep pace with the times.Rural villagers through beautiful rural construction,material life is getting better and better,but the current rural public cultural construction and rural economic development can not be synchronized,rural communities need social work professional community work methods to intervene in public cultural construction.This article focuses on the community building of the beautiful rural public cultural square in Beijing under the background of "Internet +",and focuses on the core issues: what is "Internet +" construction of rural public cultural square? Why do we need to build "Internet +" rural public cultural square? How does social work intervene in the "Internet +" community building of the beautiful rural public cultural square in Beijing? The author chooses three beautiful rural demonstration sites in 2016 China Beautiful Leisure Rural Promotion List as the research objects,namely Xiawan Village,a characteristic residential village in Yanqing District of Beijing,Kangling Village,a characteristic folk village in Changping District of Beijing,and Shuiyu Village,an ancient historical and cultural village in Fangshan District of Beijing.Through in-depth investigation and empirical analysis of three beautiful villages,we know that the current situation and problems of the community building of the beautiful rural public cultural square in Beijing under the background of "Internet plus" are as follows: the construction of the rural public cultural square lacks talents,the utilization rate of the public cultural square is low and the living power is insufficient,the function of the rural public cultural square is single,and the "cultural" public square is scarce.Villagers also showed a low utilization rate of "Internet +" culture in cultural life.Through the study and analysis of the community culture resources of three beautiful villages,we can find that the problem of community construction in rural public cultural square is due to the uneven distribution of cultural resources caused by the gap between urban and rural areas,the mismatch of cultural supply and cultural needs,the lack of "Internet +" culture of villagers,and the lack of village culture."Internet +" rural public culture means using digital technology to excavate the cultural needs of rural villagers with depth,hierarchy and concretely and objectively.Beijing Beautiful Village Public Cultural Plaza should be built according to the actual needs of villagers.At last,the author puts forward the path of community construction in Beijing rural public cultural square under the background of "Internet +" : strengthening local government’s guidance,constructing "Internet +" characteristic public cultural square platform,building community public cultural square with villagers as main body and social work intervention to create rural public cultural square.
