Educational training is a sunrise industry with rapid development.Its survival and development depend on the quantity and quality of training teachers.Therefore,it's quite important to strengthen the management of training teachers.SD Company implements performance appraisal to stimulate the effectiveness of training teachers internally,but there are many problems in practice.Therefore,starting from performance appraisal index system,this paper hopes to promote the common development of training teachers and companies through redesigning.Based on the relevant theories of performance,performance appraisal and performance appraisal index system,detailed first-hand data and information are obtained through interviews and questionnaires,which are the empirical basis for the analysis of SD Company's teachers' performance appraisal system.This paper divides the training teachers of SD Company into three categories:one-to-one teachers,small-class teachers and after-school teachers,and redesigns the classification of the index system.Among them,the redesign of assessment indicators highlights the assessment of work process and quality of work in order to improve the quality of educational services and the satisfaction of parents and students.With the weight factor judgment table method,assessment weights are quantitatively designed to weaken the subjective impact and improve the satisfaction of teachers.The redesign of assessment criteria considers the current situation of companies and industries,and combines the questionnaire's data to ensure more specific and objective criteria.Therefore,the complete performance appraisal index system is established.This paper compares the old with the new,evaluates the advantages and functions of the new system by interviews,and puts forward specific support strategies for implement.I hope it can not only improve the performance appraisal of SD Company,but also provide a reference to other educational training companies.
