In the "Ordinary High School Curriculum Program" formulated by the Ministry of Education in 2017,research-based learning is required to complete 6 credits,requiring completion of two research projects or project design to conduct interdisciplinary research.The "General Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" promulgated in the same year focused on the importance of problem-based teaching,and research-based learning as one of the modules of integrated curriculum of practice activity,which is also a supplement to the practice of problem-based teaching;and the objectives of the course clearly put forward the requirements for students to obtain geographic information,explore and try to solve practical problems,and have the ability to plan and implement activities.Therefore,the combination of research learning and geography teaching is an important way to achieve the goal of high school geography curriculum.This article is based on humanistic learning theory,constructivist theory,discovery pedagogy theory,multiple intelligence theory and zone of proximal development theory,and uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,to analyze the current research-based learning of geography in senior high school.Based on the discovery of the problem and the enlightenment obtained,the research on the implementation strategy of senior high school geography research-based learning was carried out.On this basis,the subject-based geography research-based learning teaching activities were carried out.It aims to provide reference and guidance for senior high school geography research-based learning teaching,and implement the cultivation of students' geographic practice ability in the process of promoting geography research-based learning.Firstly,after surveying the current situation of teaching in Shijiazhuang No.24 Middle School through questionnaire survey,it is concluded from the results of student questionnaires that students hope to participate more in practical activities,and hope that teachers will increase the proportion of practical assignments and conduct practical activities,etc.but considering the reality of senior high school hours and coursework,the development of geography research-based learning is indeed more difficult.It can be seen from the teacher questionnaire that high school geography teachers have already developed the awareness ofresearch-based learning,and also hope to cultivate students' geographical literacy through research-based learning,but there are some problems in the implementation of teaching.Therefore,provides a reference implementation strategy for the development of geography research-based learning based on the actual situation of the teaching and the problems found.Secondly,through the literature research method and the case analysis method,the research on the implementation strategy of the topic selection,planning scheme,achievement display and evaluation of the geography research learning-based in senior high school is carried out,applied research has been carried out in terms of design principles,case implementation and evaluation.Finally,with the theme of “Exploring the Urban Development History of Shijiazhuang City” and “Where is the express package?”,the implementation process of the activity is explained,and the teaching cases are analyzed.The implementation strategy proposed in this paper is practiced and verified.It can provide some reference for the research and implementation of geography research-based learning in senior high school.
