In recent years,with the rapid development of campus basketball,middle school basketball teaching is also moving towards diversification,scientific and modern direction.In the middle school campus,boys like to play basketball and watch basketball matches,while girls like to watch basketball matches on campus.However,due to the physical and psychological characteristics of junior middle school students,most junior middle school girls are passive in basketball classes.They like basketball,but they don’t like basketball lessons.They don’t have a strong interest in learning,and their technical level is low.In order to further improve junior high school girls’ interest in basketball learning and basketball skills,the author applies the asynchronous teaching method to junior high school girls’ basketball teaching.On the basis of the theory and practice of asynchronous teaching and the characteristics of Basketball Teaching for girls in junior high school,this study explores the specific implementation process and teaching effect of asynchronous teaching method in Basketball Teaching for girls in junior high school.Through the implementation of asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching method in Basketball Teaching for girls in junior high school,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the changes of asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching method in improving students’ technical level,sports performance,physical fitness and physical exercise attitude.In this paper,the application of asynchronous teaching method in Basketball Teaching of junior high school girls is studied in depth and practically by means of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,testing and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn through teaching practice and experiment:1.In this study,the application of asynchronous teaching method in junior high school girls’ basketball teaching,really effectively improve the effect of junior high school girls’ basketball learning,help students learn to analyze technical movements,improve the efficiency of students’ learning.Specific performance: the experimental class students using asynchronous teaching method in basketball dribble,layup and other technical level,as well as basketball performance is higher than the traditional way of teaching the control class.The students in the experimental class dribble fast and steadily,change hands skillfully,and the students’ lay-up movements are more coordinated.2.Through a unit of asynchronous teaching,comparing the female students’ attitudes towards physical exercise before and after the experiment,the students’ attitudes towards physical exercise in all dimensions have been significantly improved compared with those before the experiment.Asynchronous teaching method starts from students’ physical quality and technical level,teaches students in accordance with their aptitude,teaches them individually,and promotes students’ subjectivity and teachers’ dominance.Teachers in the experimental class carry out classified teaching according to the specific situation of students,and put forward corresponding teaching objectives for different levels of students,so that students can "jump" to pick up,experience the joy of success,once the interests of students are improved,so as to promote students to actively participate in exercise.3.In terms of physical fitness,because of the short experimental period,the physical fitness test items of the experimental class with asynchronous teaching and the control class with traditional teaching have increased slightly.But the data show that there is no significant difference,because no matter what kind of teaching methods,after a certain period of study and exercise can improve the relevant quality of students,the two teaching methods to improve students’ physical quality effect is basically the same.
