| Table tennis is the national game of our country.It is also a very popular sport in the process of high school teaching.Table tennis is very popular because it requires relatively simple venues and it is very easy to use.Nowadays more and more new teaching methods are used in table tennis classrooms,and this has achieved very good results.However,there are few researches on the application of asynchronous teaching method in high school table tennis teaching,so this article conducts research from this aspect.This article mainly compares the 12-week asynchronous teaching method and traditional physical education teaching methods with students’ physical fitness and technical movements.The relationship between them is mainly to explore the impact of asynchronous teaching method on the physical fitness and technical movements of high school students,so as to explore whether the asynchronous teaching method is feasible in high school students’ table tennis classroom.This article mainly uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to divide the students in the two classes of Lujiang No.2 Middle School into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group receives 12-week asynchronous teaching method,and the control group receives 12 weeks of the traditional physical education teaching method.first of all,before the experiment,the physical fitness of the two groups of students(raise the legs,touch the table left and right,run around the table in figures of eight),basic skills(forehand attack,backhand push,left push and right attack),the physical learning interest scale,affective performance and cooperative spirit scale were tested.After the teaching experiment,the same item was tested again.Through the comparison between the two groups,the impact of different teaching methods on the four aspects of the two groups of students was explored.According to the results:(1)After the experiment of physical fitness test in the two groups,we can see that there is a great difference in experimental group and the control group of the physical fitness touches between left and right(P<0.01);(2)The results of the two groups of students’ affective performance and cooperative spirit after the experiment,showing that there are significant differences in the affective performance dimension(P < 0.05)and cooperative spirit dimension(P<0.05)(3)The results of the two groups of students’ interest in sports learning after the experiment,indicating that there are wide differences in the dimension of negative interests in sports learning(P < 0.05),the dimension of active interests in sports learning(P < 0.05),the dimension of independent and exploratory learning(P < 0.05),and the dimension of sports participation(P < 0.05);(4)The results of two groups of students’ basic technical test after the experiment,displaying that there are striking differences in the techniques of backhand block(P<0.01);and the techniques of left push and right attack(P < 0.01). |
