Classroom management is an important factor affecting the quality of teaching.Today,with the vigorous development of overseas Chinese teaching,more and more attention has been paid to the problem of Chinese classroom management and related research.All kinds of classroom management problems restrict the development of Chinese teaching.How to carry out effective classroom management is a subject that every Chinese teacher must face.In the process of Chinese teaching in Hungary,the author studies the main categories of classroom management in Hungarian middle school Chinese teaching based on the problems found in practice and real case studies,and gives the corresponding solutions.This paper is divided into four main parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the writing background.writing ideas and writing methods of this paper.It gives a brief overview of classroom management from three aspects:the meaning,function and classification of classroom management.It also introduces the basic situation of Fenyi Gyula high School and its Chinese teaching.The second part elaborates the related research summary of classroom management.This paper describes the research related to classroom management from three aspects:foreign,domestic and foreign Chinese teaching.In addition,it also introduces the relevant research on Hungarian Chinese teaching and classroom management.The third part,according to the learning situation of Hungarian middle school students and the characteristics of Catholic Church Middle School,mainly analyses the cases of classroom management in Hungarian Chinese teaching.By analyzing the five aspects of classroom environment management,teaching content management,students'psychological management,classroom discipline management and cultural conflict management.the collected cases are deeply divided according to the categories presented by the problems.Based on the characteristics and performances of students in Church Middle School,the teaching arrangement of the school and the nature and the Nature and Current Situation of Chinese Language Course in the School,the causes of the problems and the measures for improvement are analyzed.The author tries to show the problems and causes in the process of Chinese teaching in this school in the form of cases,and to analyze them from different perspectives through pedagogy,psychology,cross-cultural communication and the language characteristics of Chinese itself.In the fourth part,according to the problems reflected in the case analysis and the practical teaching experience,the author summarizes the Countermeasures for Chinese teachers to improve teaching,enhance classroom management ability and improve teaching efficiency.This paper introduces the learning situation of Hungarian middle school students and the present situation of Chinese learning,hoping to provide some methods and suggestions for Chinese teachers when they are teaching in the face of Missionary Middle Schools or students with religious backgrounds.The conclusion part emphasizes the importance of classroom management in Hungarian Chinese teaching and the shortcomings of this study by summarizing the writing process of this paper,hoping to inspire Chinese volunteers and Chinese teachers in Chinese classroom management.
