With the improvement of China's international status and the development of its economic level,the study of Chinese has set off an upsurge all over the world.Since2003,when Hanban of China and the Ministry of education of Thailand cooperated to implement the volunteer project of Chinese teachers,every year more than 1000 volunteers of Chinese teachers go to Thailand to engage in Chinese teaching.While the volunteer team of Chinese teachers is growing,there are also many problems,especially in classroom management.At present,the academic research on classroom management is mainly focused on the domestic classroom,while the research on foreign classroom is less.In addition,there are great differences in education concepts,customs and cultures between Thailand and China,and the problems Chinese teachers encounter in Thailand are more serious.Due to lack of experience and language barrier,most of the new Chinese teachers will have a series of problems in the classroom,the most prominent of which is the problem of classroom management.The problems of schools,teachers and students will lead to the problems of Thai Chinese classroom management,and classroom conflict becomes the biggest problem between teachers and students.In order to help Chinese teachers in Thailand to understand the situation of Chinese class in Thailand in advance and to understand the typical problems of Chinese class management in Thailand,we carried out relevant research.Based on my nearly one-year teaching experience in Thailand,the author divides the classroom management into four aspects: classroom environment management,interpersonal relationship management,classroom discipline management and classroom atmosphere management through questionnaire survey,case analysis,interview record,classroom observation and comparative analysis.Through narivittaya The questionnaire survey of middle school students and the investigation of the current situation of Chinese classroom teaching in other middle schools explore the specific causes of Chinese classroom management problems in Thailand from three aspects: school,teachers and students,and put forward targeted improvement strategies for different problems in schools,teachers and students,and give corresponding suggestions based on their own experience.Finally,the author observes the Chinese class in his school,shows the excellent cases of Chinese classmanagement in middle schools in Thailand,and provides the Chinese teachers to Thailand as reference.
