| Classroom management is an important part of teacher’s teaching work,which involves all kinds of teachers.As a large group of Chinese teachers,especially in Thailand,Chinese teacher volunteers have been attracting much attention.Due to their new arrival,unacclimaticity and lack of understanding of the target country,many Chinese teacher volunteers will encounter unexpected obstacles in classroom management.Because of the immaturity of middle school students’ physical and mental development,the particularity of the group is determined.In this stage when the world outlook,outlook on life and values are being shaped,the issue of education has been attached great importance.Of course,the physical and mental development of teenagers in different countries is closely related to their national conditions and school systems.When there is a collision between Thai and Chinese dual culture on campus,some problems are bound to occur in the classroom management of Chinese volunteer teachers with different cultural backgrounds.This thesis in Bangkok,Thailand,nahuamin middle school as an example,through the author’s personal teaching experience and 53 samples from Thailand every middle school’s Chinese volunteer questionnaire feedback and specific case analysis,analysis of the Thai middle school Chinese volunteer teachers in classroom management problems,and to investigate its reason,to find the effective way to solve the problem of classroom management,for the subsequent to novice volunteer teachers provide some reference and Suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.The first section of this thesis topic background and significance,research review,research ideas and methods and problems to be solved.The second section is the research status and development trend at home and abroad,the third section is the problem to be solved in this paper,the fourth section is the basic research ideas and methods.The second chapter is a questionnaire for the group of Chinese teacher volunteers.A total of 53 questionnaires were distributed and 53 were returned,which identified the respondents,survey results and analysis.The third chapter is based on the description of specific problems and the analysis of the reasons behind the classroom management work of volunteers of Chinese teachers in middle schools in Thailand.This chapter describes typical events in the form of cases.The fourth chapter is a summary of some strategies for the Chinese teacher volunteers in the middle school in the classroom management,these strategies are from the perspective of teachers themselves.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the main contents,main points of view,as well as the shortcomings.This paper takes the volunteers of Chinese teachers in middle schools in Thailand as the research object to study the problems in the classroom management of teachers.From the perspective of research,this paper proposes solutions to the problems encountered by volunteer teachers in classroom management,so as to improve Chinese teaching effect,maintain classroom order and improve teaching quality.In terms of research methods,this paper relies on the actual teaching experience of nahuamin middle school in Thailand,USES the forms of interview,questionnaire survey and case analysis,and adopts the research form combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The innovation of the paper lies in the innovation of the paper form,the use of the form of case for the classroom management of teachers.Second,from the perspective of Chinese teacher volunteers,the classroom management work is neglected from the perspective of students,schools and colleges,so as to find more targeted solutions. |
