"Equity"is the long-term theme of China's educational reform and development.In promoting the fair journey of education,China's educational cause continues to exert its strength and achieve remarkable achievements.In a report to the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping said that"promoting educational equity"strives to give every child a fair and quality education."The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have implemented a series of policies and measures to narrow the educational gap and promote educational equity.Chaohu city actively responds to the policy call of the central government and the provincial and municipal governments,and tries to narrow the educational gap and promote educational equity according to its own actual situation*.However,rural education has always been the deficiency of education in our country.With the change of the structure and the acceleration of the flow,the new situation and new problems appear constantly,and there is still a big gap in the primary and secondary education in Chaohu City.Chaohu city socio-economic development will inevitably have a certain degree of impact,but also affect the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of educational equity,especially in urban and rural areas.This paper mainly studies the gap between urban and rural primary and secondary education in Chaohu City,deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of urban and rural education in Chaohu City,carries on in-depth investigation and research,analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.This paper will also deal with the issues of inter-rural education equity and urban-rural kindergarten education equity in urban and rural areas.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly focusing on the research background and basis,the purpose and significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research status,the main content of the research,the research ideas and research methods.The characteristics and possibilities of the study Innovative points to expand the overview.The second part focuses on the measures taken by Chaohu City to promote the fairness of primary and secondary education and the achievements,studies the current situation of primary and secondary education in Chaohu City,and the series of policies and measures adopted by the whole city to promote the fairness of primary and secondary education in urban and rural areas.And Chaohu City to promote equity in primary and secondary education achieved some achievements.In the third part,the author finds out what problems still exist in the process of promoting education equity in Chaohu City through investigation,data and research.In view of these problems,in-depth analysis,to find out the causes.The fourth part is mainly aimed at these problems and the causes of these problems,and puts forxward the corresponding solutions.Countermeasures to properly solve the existing problems and further promote the equity of primary and secondary education,especially between urban and rural areas.After forty years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of national social economy and the deepening of educational reform,China's education has made considerable progress,and educational equity has also been more and more well realized.However,there are also new problems and situations.At present,the main contradiction of our society has changed,so there is still the problem of unbalanced development.Today's Chinese education is facing a completely different situation from the past.What educational fairness should pursue is substantive equality in educational opportunities.In the new era of increasing material life,the broad masses of people,including those in rural areas,have more and more demands for quality education,and rural areas have become more and more in need of quality education.Area also needs fair and quality education,and it faces a series of problems such as urban-rural differences,regional differences,class differences and so on.People in rural areas,the concept of education has also changed,recognizing the importance of education,generally raising the importance of education,hope that children can get a good education.In the face of the new era of educational equity,we must give further play to the leading role of the government,increase investment in education,rationally allocate educational resources,establish and improve relevant systems,such as the entrance examination and enrollment system for middle and high school entrance examinations,coordinate the forces of all parties,and build up society.The bridge between the family,the school,etc.,work together,long-term struggle,promote the new hour Education is fair.
