At present,China has entered the crucial stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Education equity is an important manifestation of social equity and justice,and also an important component of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Realizing the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas is an important indicator to measure the equity of education.The imbalance of compulsory education has become the focus of the government,society,parents and students.Therefore,we should further clarify the new connotation and requirements of promoting the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in the new era,and on the basis of balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education at the present stage,break through the obstacles and difficulties that hinder the balanced development of compulsory education,and achieve the goal of balanced development is an important task of governments at all levels and administrative departments of education at this stage.This paper mainly combines theory with practice,investigates the present situation of urban and rural compulsory education in Taizihe District of Liaoyang City by means of interviews,field surveys and questionnaires,and makes statistics on the questionnaires and interviews.It summarizes the achievements and outstanding problems in the balanced implementation of urban and rural compulsory education in Taizihe District after zoning,and causes Tai.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the unbalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Zihe District,and the actual situation of Liaoyang compulsory education,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urban and rural compulsory education in Taizihe District are put forward.The framework of this paper is mainly divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the research background,research purpose and significance,the introduction of related concepts and theoretical basis,domestic and foreign research review,research content and research methods.In the second chapter,the questionnaire and interview outline are designed,and the measures and effects of balanced development of compulsory education in Taizihe District of Liaoyang City are investigated in detail.In the third chapter,the problems and causes of balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Taizihe District are analyzed.Chapter IV puts forward strategies and suggestions for the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.
