Research On Management Incentive Mechanism Of Shanxi Training School

In recent years,the scale of domestic education has been constantly changing and expanding,and private education and various types of training institutions have also continued to develop.As a part of private education in Shanxi,Shanxi training school has encountered many problems in its development,among which management incentive mechanism is particularly complex and diverse.It has become a big problem that training schools,as educational institutions outside public schools and profitable enterprises need to do a good job.Therefore,this paper will study the management incentive mechanism of Shanxi training school.In the course of research,this paper will adopt the methods of literature research,model method,questionnaire method and so on.This paper will propose a benefit incentive mechanism model for this topic,and will use the case to prove the applicability of this model.The article will also put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the incentive mechanism of Shanxi training management,such as improving the internal organization and regulating the manager market.The research content of this paper is as follows.The connotation of the two concepts of managerial motivation and managerial motivation mentioned in the article is expounded and analyzed,and the scientific definition is carried out.Then the author summarizes and explains the theory of agency,human capital,stakeholder,optimal contract and manager power,and lays the foundation for the application of this theory.Then,this paper will use the questionnaire method to analyze the existing incentive mechanism of Shanxi training school,so as to understand the current situation and causes of incentive mechanism.On the basis of the analysis,this paper will propose a management interest incentive mechanism model for Shanxi training school based on the basic model of the existing training school,namely the schoolteacher cooperative entrepreneurship training school.This paper analyzes the model of cooperation between training schools and management teachers and establishes a model of income distribution between them.In the end,the article will take advantage of the case proof benefit incentive mechanism model,and further summarizes the choice and safeguard measures of the management of Shanxi training school.
