Study On The Incentive Mechanism Of Skateboarder In China

It is the fact that extreme sports became the game of The 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.For the centennial development history of the Olympic Games,actively adapting to the development and changes of the times and adding representative sports events of the times not only enriches the contents of the Olympic Games,but also adds a lot of vitality and vigor to the Olympic Games and promotes the development of sport.At the same time,it is sensible to keep the Olympic Games prosperous.However,for our country,the dilemma of lacking of competitive talents leads to a huge challenge in preparing for the upcoming Olympic Games.In view of the complex situation of preparation for the Olympic Games,the skateboarder as the main body of skateboarding,has become the object that needs to be focused on.How to mobilize the training enthusiasm and exert potential of these young athletes and make contributions to the Olympic glory in our country,as well as protect their interests of study,safety,healthy growth and development,which is a realistic problem to be solved in the process of skateboarding talent training.This paper takes skateboarders' incentive mechanism as the research object,and uses the methods of documentation,field investigation,expert interview and logical analysis,and combines the existing incentive theory to analyze the current situation and problems of skateboarders' incentive at this stage,including: first,skateboarders' management subject is vague and management form is single;second,there are deviations between the goals of skateboarders' incentive and the athletes' goals;third,the incentive factors of skateboarders are insufficient;fourth,the skateboarding competition system is imperfect;fifth,the policy motivation is inadequately.Through investigation and research,this paper establishes five-point skateboarders' incentive principles: goal principle,rationality principle,artistic principle,human nature principle and dialectical unity principle.The following countermeasures are put forward for the construction of skateboarders' incentive mechanism,which include: first,providing incentive and guarantee conditions to meet the basic needs and development of skateboarders;second,enriching the incentive content combining material incentive and spiritual incentive;third,constructing an incentive process of coordinating with dynamic incentive and static incentive;fourth,goal setting which needs to pay equal attention to the motive of skateboarders and the incentive goal.Finally,some conclusions and suggestions are put forward for this study.
