Incentive Mechanism Heart Sinks Based Education And Training Center Staff

Along with our country people’s life level unceasing enhancement, the degree that people enjoy professional children education is also rising. As teaching resources of public school is relatively insufficient, and the curriculum and teaching arrangements cannot be agile changeable, the traditional public education can’t meet the parents and children’s learning requirements. Although our country’s private education training institutions have obvious advantages and plays a more and more important role in current education system, these private training education institutions also faces a lack of financial capital support, low social approval, lag teachers management, unreasonable incentive mechanism design, lag internal management system reform and many other problems at the same time.Through studies to current incentive mechanism of the concept, characteristics and composition, and the main incentive theory both at home and abroad, this article first analyzed the course and characteristics of private education development in our country and development situation of Huixin education. Then from the "salary system design is not reasonable","incentive methods too single","lack of scientific performance evaluation system" these three aspects this paper collected and summarized possible incentive problems of Huixin education.
