After promulgation and implementation of the Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools,the structure of the information technology curriculum has undergone major changes,the content is more informative and richer.The new curriculum standard combs the big concept of the high school Information Technology curriculum,condensed the core literacy of the discipline,require teachers to focus on core literacy in teaching,highlighting the professional path of“Learning first and Teaching second,Teaching based on Learning and Teaching after Learning ”.As a programmatic document guiding the teaching and learning activities of high school Information Technology Curriculum,it is a necessary condition for the smooth development of information technology teaching work to thoroughly understand and utilize the new curriculum standards.As an important source of future teachers,the development of the teaching ability of normal students has attracted much attention.This study first constructed a "Barbell" model of the teaching ability structure of information technology disciplines,this model comprehensively and systematically describes the structure of the teaching ability of information technology disciplines from three aspects:competence composition field,work scope field and teaching activity process field.Then,according to the "barbell" structure model,design and compile the evaluation index system of information technology subject teaching ability index,further improve the initial index by means of expert review,and use entropy method to obtain the index weights of all levels.Finally,the questionnaire was designed to take a sample of the education technology teachers in four teachers' colleges in Hebei Province as a sample,and to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to investigate the true development level of the teaching ability of normal students.Finally,the questionnaire was designed to take the students of the four technical colleges in Hebei Province as a sample,and use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to investigate the true development level of the teaching ability of normal students,get the conclusion that the teaching ability of normal students needs to beimproved.The study consists of seven parts:The first part: Introduction.As an introduction to the whole thesis,this part gives a brief overview of the research,and introduces the research background,research value,research objectives,research content,research objectives and research ideas.The second part,the theoretical basis and concept definition.This part elaborates the theoretical guidance based on the research,including Teacher Professional Development theory,Competency Model theory,Constructivism theory,and clarifies the implications of the above theory for this research.At the same time,the concept of “educational technology teacher students” and “information technology subject teaching ability” in this study is defined.The third part is the research and construction of the "Barbell" model.This part is based on the analysis of teacher interview results and the results of student questionnaires.Based on the research results of other scholars on teacher competence structure,this paper obtains the structural model of information technology teaching ability.The fourth part is the construction of the evaluation index system.Based on the "Barbell" model,the evaluation index system for teaching ability of information technology subjects is compiled,and the initial indicators are improved by means of expert review.And through the questionnaire to the information technology teachers to get the teacher's opinion on the importance of each indicator,using the entropy method to calculate the weight of each level of indicators.The fifth part is empirical research.Selecting the normal students who participated in the Information Technology education internship in four normal colleges in Hebei Province as the survey sample,by issuing self-assessment questionnaires to normal students,investigating the current situation of the teaching ability of normal students by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,get the conclusion that the teaching ability of normal students needs to be improved.The sixth part,the suggestions for improving the teaching ability of normal students.Aiming at the development status of the teaching ability of Educational Technology normal students,from the macro level of social policy,the middle-level of normaluniversity,and the micro-level of normal students,puts forward suggestions for improving the teaching ability of Educational Technology normal students.The seventh part,the research summary.Further summarize the conclusions of this study,and point out the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of the next effort and the content of further research.
