Study On The Development Of The Teaching Practice Ability Of Normal Students Supported By Information Technology

With the arrival of the 21st century, modern information technology has developed rapidly in which communication technology and computer network technology have more rapidly. Now, the new technology have not only been applied to all areas of society, but also made tremendous contributions. As an researcher of education, I also hope that these new technologies can apply to the cause of education. The ability of teaching practice of normal students has always been a focus of educators. For a long time, since many colleges were emphasis on imparting knowledge to varying degrees and lack of capacity-building, thus resulting in a number of graduates though with a wealth of theoretical knowledge, but cannot do the actual work of teaching, it is difficult for them to complete teaching tasks. This paper has the ability of teaching practice as a starting point and mainly researches how to better promote the development of ability of teaching practice of normal students in the support of information technology.On the base of research of the ability of teaching practice at home and abroad, the author points out the model of development of the Teaching Practice Ability of Normal Students Supported by Information Technology. On the process of the education practice, the author builds an online forum for education practice using information technology. Then the author makes survey of experimental data and summary the help and shortcomings bringing by information technology in the ability of teaching practice.The innovation of this paper lies in breaking the traditional education practice model and basing the online education internship forum over the original model. On the one hand, it settles these issues of the inconvenience communication between interns; on the other hand, it promotes the collaboration between the interns and increases their ability of teaching practice.
