Informatization is an irreversible development trend in the world today,and the application ability of information technology is a necessary ability for contemporary normal students.The Plan of Action for Education Informatization 2.0,formulated by the Ministry of Education in 2018,particularly emphasizes that we should continue to promote the deep integration of information technology into education,vigorously enhance teachers' information literacy,promote teachers to actively adapt to information technology,and strengthen the cultivation of teachers' information literacy and information-based teaching ability by innovating the training program for normal students and building a sound educational curriculum system.In 2019,the“Key Points of the Teachers' Work Department of the Ministry of Education in 2019”of the Ministry of Education clearly put forward that we should start to research and formulate the information-based teaching ability standards suitable for the characteristics of normal students,in order to promote the application ability of normal students.Normal students,as organizers of classroom teaching and disseminators of excellent culture in the future,have a decisive impact on the level of education development and teaching quality in the future of our country.At the same time,they also have a bearing on the success or failure of information-based education reform in our country.The existing research on the application ability of information technology mostly focuses on in-service teachers,but the research on the application ability of information technology of normal students is relatively few.Today,with the rapid development of new science and technology,the reserve skills of normal students must be ahead of the current requirements of information education.Only in this way can normal students stand at the forefront of education and promote technological change after graduation from university.Reform the pace of teaching and learning.In order to understand the current situation of IT application ability of normal university students in Shandong Province,this paper takes normal university students from three representative normal universities in Shandong Province as the object of investigation.Based on the latest standards at home and abroad and the self-test model of Normal University Students' application ability,a measuring scale of Normal University Students' IT application ability level is developed to meet the needs of future education,and the current situation andinfluencing factors of their IT application ability are analyzed.In-depth research was carried out.Through investigation and research,it is found that the overall level of IT application ability of normal school students is centralized,with small differences among individuals.The overall level of IT application ability of normal school students is in the general medium level,which can not be said to be very ideal.Normal school students have some difficulties in using related software and tools.They are not ideal in autonomous learning and knowledge acquisition.Their ability to discover and solve problems by using technology is inadequate,and their ability to design information-based teaching is inadequate.Girls' awareness of information copyright and self-control ability and self-learning ability under the network environment are stronger,while boys' hands-on ability is stronger.Normal students majoring in information technology have the highest level of IT application ability,which is in the middle and higher level.Other majors are relatively backward.Science students' IT application ability is higher than liberal arts.Normal students' IT application ability indicators show an upward trend in grade,and between Freshmen and juniors,the growth rate is fast,but between juniors and seniors,the growth rate is slow,and finally reach a better level of development.At the school level,it is the school humanistic environment and curriculum that have an important impact on the normal students' IT application ability.At the psychological level,it is the learning motivation and self-efficacy that have an important impact on the normal students.Psychological factors of normal school students play a part of intermediary role in the relationship between policy environment and IT application ability,and between schools and IT application ability.School factors play a full intermediary role in the relationship between policy environment and IT application ability.According to the results of data analysis,the paper puts forward the strategies of creating the humanistic environment of informationized campus,constructing the curriculum system of systematized ability training,constructing the practice support platform and high-quality case resource bank,and improving the evaluation system of Normal University Students' IT application ability,so as to improve the Normal University Students' IT application ability.
