Research On The Influence Of Self-presentation Of Social Network On Alone Together Of College Students

Under the background of rapid development of the Internet,mobile device makes the mass dependence on the social network is more and more deep.The social network social network can bring convenience to the public's life at the same time also can bring adverse negative effects,such as anxiety and depression.In recent years,based on the network development and the emergence of alone together research,college students' loneliness problems and the relationship between social network research is always the key point of the research on college students' mental health development.This paper attempts to study the specific status qua of college students' loneliness and the specific impact of college students' self-presentation of social networks on loneliness by means of a questionnaire survey.This paper investigated the characteristics of the students on social networks of self-presentation and loneliness university students at present from two aspects of demographic characteristics and the usage of social networks.The results showed that the extent of the college students' overall social networking self-presentation is low,but in the emotional dimension,view dimension and learning dimension scored higher provided by self,and college students of different gender,grade,significant differences between the social network of self reflected in the boy in the opposite sex dimension and the dimension of parent-child dimension score higher than girls,senior student learning dimension scores higher than that of lower grade students;In addition,the more friends college students have on social networking sites,the longer they use social networking sites and the more frequently they post messages,and the more self-presentation of their social networking sites.According to the research results show that the college students' overall level of loneliness is higher,the level of the development of social loneliness and loneliness is on the high side,boys in interpersonal loneliness score higher than girls,senior students loneliness than generally lower grade students,college students' social network friends,the more the more frequently in a social network news,the higher the loneliness will.However,social network use length will not affect college students' loneliness.Present yourself in social network relations with loneliness,the study found that college students' social network self present loneliness have significant correlation with college students,the score of social networking render itself could significantly positively predict the social loneliness,self loneliness and loneliness total score,it suggests that self-presentation of the college students is more frequently in the social network,the loneliness will be more intense.Therefore,college students on social networks have certain selectivity and purpose,social networking environment,college students are significant loneliness and loneliness of university students under the present yourself in social network is due to render themselves in the virtual world and real life in the real world cannot be balanced psychological anxiety and interpersonal social loneliness and alone,the end of this article in view of the phenomenon of college students' alone together proposed the three piece of advice:(1)learn to be alone,understand the real value of solitude,understand the meaning of solitude,train the ability to focus on their own thoughts,so that they can concentrate on life when alone,no longer feel anxious and lonely;(2)reasonable planning of online time,learn to control the use of mobile phone time,free up a certain amount of time to reflect on themselves,can help us clear our minds,know their own problems,so as to correct in time;(3)to truly talk face to face,face-to-face communication can replace the cold screen,so that we can feel the real feelings of being listened to and comforted by others,show the real self to others,and enhance the connection between each other.
