| In May 2022,the State Council issued the Notice on Further Doing a Good Job in the Employment and Entrepreneurship of Youth such as C ollege Graduates,which clearly requires expanding the employment space at the grassroots level,fully tapping grassroots employment positions,providing policy preferences for graduates who find employment in grassroots units in difficult and remote areas,and striving to enable more young people to "go,do well and stay" at the grassroots level.In order to let college students shine on the broad platform of the grassroots level,China has successively issued a series of policy documents since 2005 to gui de college students to face grassroots employment.But in fact,the grassroots employment rate of college students has not met expectations,according to a survey data of Peking University,in recent years,the grassroots employment rate of college graduates in China is about 20%,of which the employment group in the county-level city or county town accounts for14.8%,the township employment group accounts for 3.28%,and the rural employment group accounts for 2.1%,the reason is mainly the lack of college students’ grassroots employment concept.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of college students’ grassroots employment view,explore the reasons for the lack of grassroots employment view,and propose corresponding countermeasures.Starting from the current situation of college students’ grassroots employment view,this paper explores the existing problems of college students’ grassroots employment concept through the phenomenon,analyzes the reasons behind it,and finally puts forwa rd countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating college students’ grassroots employment view,hoping to provide a certain reference for the cultivation of college students’ grassroots employment view.In order to know the current status of the current view of grassroots employment of college students,this paper on the basis of reviewing,summarizing and summarizing the existing research,focuses on the questionnaire survey method to select the freshman to senior students of undergraduate colleges in Sic huan-Chongqing area as the research object,through the design of questionnaires,data recovery,data collation and analysis data,summarize the positive changes and existing problems of the current college students’ grassroots employment outlook,positive changes for college students have a clear understanding of the current employment situation,the existing problems mainly include: weak ability to withstand pressure.unwillingness to realize self-worth in competition;is so ambitious and unwilling to start from the grassroots level in a downto-earth manner;Emphasis on material interests,employment utilitarian tendency is obvious;The concept of grassroots employment is weak,and college students do not have a strong sense of taking root in the grassroo ts;The motivation is impure and the motivation for grassroots employment needs to be improved;The employment unit is single,and it prefers a stable and secure unit.Then,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical results of the grassroots employment concept of college students published in the academic circles,and combines practical exploration to analyze the reasons for the formation of the grassroots employment concept from five levels: society,government,colleges and universities,families and individual college students,and makes suggestions for the cultivation of college students’ grassroots employment concept. |
